Its been developed in 2016 will this work for latest phones and OS for Apple products ? Do we have to customize before applying for approval on apple store ? I am also hoping to buy android and had same question so if you can answer before I purchase that would be helpful. I dont want to work additional in terms of features to go live. I am find updating some design elements like colors and so.

We have ready ios version only with new features (features already visible in in apple store demo). Still working on android version for new features.

also i was checking the admin panel and i found a mistake in the demo under listings>manage , it shows estates and the search function shows estates subcategories. is this problem fixed in the real admin panel?
Yes, fixed in latest script version (Changed to Listings), can be also renamed to anything you need.

Chat is not supported via app.

You can test it in demo how it currently works, next version will support quick submission and taking pictures from app directly.
i got this error

Please follow guide available in documentation. You should not use auto-convert feature for swift another version.
