Not sure why all the software pages resize automatically to display correctly for mobile devices yet when I create a custom page to link to the top menu from the drop down admin menu and save it, none of the images or text resizes to the mobile device screen size. Is there a setting that I am missing???

I uploaded the zip file to my root HTML directory, unzipped it and adjusted the file/folder permissions as you indicated. I launched the install and filled in the database and login info. I deleted the install folder and re-secured the permissions on site.inc.php When I logged into the new site as admin and attempted to change the settings and save them I was given a 403 permissions error page output and no settings changes were saved.

Any ideas of what I am doing wrong???
