I’m very much interested in your premium project management plugin but had a few doubts. Please clarify.
1. I want to add custom fields via advanced custom fields(acf) to the post type project. Is it fine with this?
2. I want the client to be able to upload docs to projects and the project managers should be notified once this happens. Is this available?
3. I want to create a totally different dashboard than what you provide in your plugin. I only want the functionality from your plugin and not the styling. How customizable is this?
4. I want to have a table view which has fields from the plugin’s custom post type and display these in a table which has advanced filters, search etc. Is this possible? In this table, users should only see their own posts and not anyone else’s.
5. Clicking on the table name will lead to single post with a differently layout(custom design) which will have fields from the post type such as status, milestones, etc. Can I add the fieds from the post type via a shortcode or something?
6. The projects will be based on countries. There should be a custom field where counties can be selected with different status(in color format). These maps should be visible on the single page.
7. I know many things above require customizations. My question is how flexible is your plugin in terms of customizations? Would you provide support for such things? If not, will you guide my developer on how to above the above the correct way(that is without losing customizations on plugin update)

Hi, thank you for your comments, the good things of this plugin is – it’s far way from wp-terms/wp-meta functionalities. Because sometimes wp data ways can not handle big things/custom queries. (1). WP custom fields, acf post type all of these staff use wp-terms/wp-meta options. So you can not use AFC here. (2). Yes, there have notification option where user will get notify every change of task. (3). To create different dashboard – yes it’s would easy or more comfortable with this plugin. (4). It’s also possible (5). It the field/database design – you should customize as your way. (6). Nice things – possible (7). For your kinds of requirement – all of the above things are implementation. In that case I can not support/guide for developer – I am available to freelance work – You should hire me for this kinds of change. Feature Request: Subtasks – For a particular Project there can be a task such as Google Analytics and the subtasks would be there specific tasks associated to making that task happen such as adding it to a specific Google Account and then installing the code on the website.
Subtasks could be marked completed by using a checkbox.
Also, how can I have a form for the Front End for clients to submit a ticket?
Is there a way to edit what the shortcode will look like? I don’t need Clients to be able to set the Status of the Ticket.
The shortcode is producing a Ticket form but when I click ‘Create’ the ticket it goes 404.

Hi, I tried the demo but still confused. I assigned a project to Sajjad as admin. but Suvo still has right to view and edit. I want to create a website that user create their own project,tasks and tickets. just admin should be able to see, edit and comment on other users tasks and projects. Is it possible?
Hi, thank you for your comments. I understand what you have asked for. Actually Suvo is a editor and a editor have access to modify any task by default. But if you want to customize that only assigned people/admin would have the access to use that task/project, it’s also possible. In that case just need to change some code. Thank you for mentioning that – I will add that option soon while create a new project or task (there will be checkbox option like – can access only by assigned users/group). regards, – Robin

Also a search function in the admin columns would be a handy thing to have. Other than file attachments for Projects and Tasks, I don’t see much I would change; very nice plugin.

Hi, A quick pre-sale question
I like the assignment of task function and i like that the tasks, projects and tickets are separate from the standard wordpress posts and pages.
Ideally, we’d like to create an external form that will be used to create a ticket and that ticket be assigned as a task.
I’m assuming that the tickets use a custom template, if so i am also assuming that we would be able to use ACF Plugin to add some extra fields or do the tickets have a shortcode.
Is all the above possible?

The Shortcodes for front end viewing are not working and when the user logs into the backend they are not able to see any projects. Please advise.
Use following steps to see tasks for logged in user, 1. Add particular user to desire role. 2. Go to task/project page and assign that user role/user. => If you assign to Role then all user with that role have that role accessibility.

Nice question, the plugin don’t have internal rtl support but have language translation file, in that case you have to contribute hebrew text on that translation file. thank you

This is a great plugin but so far, when I want to add users, it will only recognize and list admins. I need users from all user roles available to be available under “manage users”. You can’t ascribe tasks without the users added.
