Hi. I have today purchased and downloaded the HTML5 upload tool of yours. However, I encounter a strange issue/problem that I need help with.

I have jQuery and bootstrap (part of my joomla template). I have installed the CSS and JS and all files loads fine. No errors.

he gray area appears that prompts for an upload or drag and drop – so far, all fine.

However, when I upload an image, or drag in one, nothing happens. The image doesnt appear. Gray box still there with the message “Drop your image here… etc”

No output or errors on the javascript console. Running latest Chrome in Windows.

Any clues what might be wrong?

I have a Problem … when i upload an image, the safed file has a wrong position. There are big black borders at the left and the top. The quality ist very poor, too.

The “Download” Function works perfect – the image looks correct. But the safed file looks terrible. Whats the problem?

Hi! Thanks for a great library. I have a question:

what I want to achieve is for the user to upload an image from camera roll, and I want to let the user crop the image and create and save two square versions of it: one that is 256×256 (to use as a thumbnail) and one that is max-size x max-size (depending on how big the image was from start). How do I best accomplish this?

First of all the HTML 5 Uploader Image work werry well and we have had no problem so far on our applications.

But We found a strange problem in the Image Uploader when we start IE11 through a Citrix connection. Every image we try to drop … the dropdown area say. “The selected file is not an image” Do you know if it’s anyone else that had the same problem. Or is it any Security and Settings you must have to run this on IE

We have purchased your plugin and we have found a weird bug:

When making zoom in/out the browser, the div that wraps the input gets 2px height… it is really weird, but we have to assume that some users will probably have their browser zoomed.

Do you know anything about this? Thanks for your attention!

The delete button doesn’t delete the photo that has beeen saved .

Also I need to save the name of image in db and as there are multiple photo uploads on single page I need to send a couple of custom parameters to canvas.php

We are having an issue where the cropped image looks grainy. So for example, we upload an image that is 5472×3648. We have it set up to crop it at 800×600. If you compare the two images, you will see the difference. One is clear and the other one looks grainy. What can we do to fix it? Thanks!

I would like to crop an existing image in a modal window. I tried using data-image=”/myimage.jpg” bit this doesn;t seem to work, as it overflows the modal window and the edit button is hidden.

Is there a solution for this ? it is the only way i want to use this code

After you selected an image and you continue to enter information on other controls on the page, the page freezes on ipads and iphones (the mobile devices I used to test this on).

It even does this on your live preview page if you want to check what I mean. On an ipad or iPhone, do the following to simulate the problem: 1. On your live preview page, go to the section where is describes how to use this with a form. 2. Select an image and click the green button to confirm cropping 3. Enter information in the name title textboxes. Click between to the two textboxes to manipulate your text again…the screen freezes
