Deduction of Points if someone canceled his order, or for now we can make some slight changes on our code (on your site), then the points will be rewarded when the order falls in a completed state.

As per your query, Required Threshold: This value is required for counting the expiration period from that day when the Points will get equal to the Threshold.
For example:
User A Total Points: 100 Expiration Threshold: 200 Expiration Time Period: 3 months.
Now, as soon as he reached with 200 Points, from that day the next 3 months he must utilise those 200 Points else, the first day of next fourth-month remaining points will get vanished. Hope you got this.

For the catalog-based system, we haven’t tested anything, but if you need any unique code or something then you can explain your process so that we can provide you the best solution for this, how you wanted this to happen exactly? Here you can think of two of the feature: One is: point has been assigned to some product, and second is: how they redeem the points?

He has to login to your website, and inside the dashboard, there would be a Tab having name something like “Points”, then the user has to click there and then there would be a lot of things which he can see/do:
a)Total Number of Points b)ViewPoint Log( Here he can check when and how he has earned those points) c)He can see the different Membership Level’s benefits d)He can convert his points into Coupons e)He can share his points with other members of this site f) we have provided widget as well as some shortcodes too, which you can place anywhere on your site so that customer can check their current point

Here we have the different twist, Like if you have enabled feature Membership, and admin has three kinds of Level i)Bronze: Points needed -> 1000; profit: 20% on clothing ii)Silver: Points needed -> 2000; profit: 40% on electronics iii)Gold: Points needed -> 3000; profit: 60% on xyz_category
Now if the customer has 1200 points then he can use his 1000 points and earn the Membership Level Bronze, Now he can use 20% discount on clothing till the membership will get expired(expiration can be set also by admin)

We would like to let you know that what we planned is when you enable the “Membership” feature then automatically the ‘Upgrade Level’ button will get enabled. As there is no separate checkbox for hiding ‘Upgrade Level’ feature as it is totally dependable on the membership feature, as you also wanted to upgrade the membership level without deduction of points, these all requirements come under custom work. So if you want to discuss further please join us on our support, we will discuss there in a much better way.
About the newsletter Subscription (Compatibilty with mailchimp), on your request, we have added this too in our featurelist.

>2. if admin change the order status to “cancel”, then the reward point will cancel automatically Deduction/Returning of Points is totally depends when Admin refund that Order, fo example if someone purchase product x and earned 20 points, then when this order has been refunded due to any reason, the 20 Points will get deducted from customer account, similarly for returning the points when someone utilize his/her points for purchasing any product having some discount.
For cancellation, we do not have anything right now.
>3. if a product price $100, could i just set this product could be using 100% cash or 80% cash and 20% points or 100% points to buy this product? We have provided a restriction where you can set you some of the categories which you wanted to allow to let them purchased using their points.
And henceforth if you had restricted some of the categories may purchase using points, and rest would be using their cash/or other payment methods.
But we also want to tell you that the restricted product can also be purchased using cash also. Using Points will provide the only discount.
