Hi there, I’m having issues with the facebook-connection. It shows the button, but counts zero likes. I created the app on facebook developers new, filled in the ID and secret, submitted, arqam got the token – and nothing changes. Still zero. Am I missing something? Or isn’t it working with facebook anymore? URL is https://vitaler-hund.de.

Finally an update for FB but now the manual method to set the RSS Feed Counter is gone

I’m getting an error and everything seems to be up to date, says “Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /nas/content/live/ffwct/wp-content/plugins/arqam/counters.php on line 486” on the frontend.
The Facebook counter is still showing 0. And today I received a message from Facebook “Site has reached 80% of the hourly rate limit … Invalid method call” Please have a look. Apparently, your plugin communicates with Facebook. But nothing is displayed. Please make an update.
It’s been like 2 weeks and no reply to my ticket, unacceptable tbh, especially as you didn’t want to address in the comments section, asked to raise the ticket and now being ignored!!!

Your tutorial for the Facebook tutorial is apparently no longer valid. The page looks completely different now and I do not know which product to add. There are so many different possibilities.
Can you perhaps update your Dokumetation? I would like to publish my site next week and it would be great if all counter numbers show by then.

I got Google and YouTube. But facebook does absolutely nothing. Have again created an app and made exactly what is in the tutorial. But the number remains zero. Can you help?

the documentation on your page seems to be old, I cant seem to find out how to get a secret key for the app etc https://plugins.tielabs.com/docs/arqam/#facebook
we I have the app id and secret key now, but it says 0 fans
twitter, tumblr, instagram all work but facebook and youtube say 0 fans
youtube fine now, just facebook says 0 fans
ive mad the app in facebook dev, got the ID, app secret etc, but still showing 0 fans, and the documentation as mention appears to be old, so who you set it up may be different thanks
If this is due to FB analytica issue, like SlickySlicky mentioned can you add a manual section, that we can add manual counters using like font awesome, and we type number of fans.
If not Ill have to request a refund from codecanyon, which i rather not do as this is a lovely plugin

Since its an issue its good others know, plus if your fix can save time by others searching an issue and knowing a fix, that would be less emails sent to you, ill open ticket tho

Regarding the Facebook counter, as a part of the Cambridge Analytica actions they temporary disable the API for the new APPS,
Here is the Facebook API reply to the request.
Access to this data is temporarily disabled for non-active apps or apps that have not recently accessed this data due to changes we are making to the Facebook Platform.

Recently Facebook has temporarily disabled API access for the new APPs as a part of the Cambridge Analytica actions.
Here is the Facebook API reply to the requests made by the new Registered APP.
Access to this data is temporarily disabled for non-active apps or apps that have not recently accessed this data due to changes we are making to the Facebook Platform.
If you don’t have an old registered APP on the Facebook Developers you may face this issue.
