Hi, I need to introduce conditional payment based on certain product options – e.g. COD available only when a certain option is selected for the product. I welcome any recommendations of extensions/pluggins that can do that in compatibility with Extra Product Options to your best knowledge. Thank you!

That isn’t possible since the upload happens when the product is added to the cart to when the user selects the file.

That is something that would need to be supported by WooCommerce, not the plugin, so no there isn’t anything like that.

You can only get a refund if they plugin doesn’t do what it is advertised, not if you thought it did something but it doesn’t.
but the backend demo should be provided for better assessment to know better whether this plugin suits us or not. The wording/sentences/description as advertised is always not clearly described.

The plugin works for variable products and simple products. The options are for the product itself, not the variations.
1. can the form builder be flexible to drag n drop and set the custom class of each element? 2. can the conditional logic be set for each input box? 3. can it set formula for price calculation?
1. The form builder is drag n drop and you can set css classes for the element.
2. Yes, the logic works for textfields.
3. No, that isn’t possible. the prices are fixed, no calculation is possible.
It seems very organized, easy to use and can add some additional information to explain in each option.

from the link, you can select the frame and select the lens through step by step . it’s all about product option.
I now see that the step by step you means is after you select the color and size which happens on another page. I’m sorry but no, this isn’t possible. WooCommerce products don’t support this kind of page changing.

Hello, Love your plugin. just don’t know how to update it. On the plugins page it shows version 4.6.6.1 and I got the email update to 4.7. However, I don’t see the update plugin on the plugin page on my site and when I download the zip file and try to upload it it says folder already exists. Help please.
You have to first delete the plugin you have installed and then install the new version. Latest version is 4.6.8
but won’t this delete my settings? I already spent a long time on updating all my items with your plugin for the extra options. If I do what you recommend will I have to do it all over again?
You won’t loose any settings.
If you have register the plugin from the license tab in the plugin settings you can just use the auto update.
Although I deleted it and reinstalled and that worked. I wanted to enter my purchase key from the settings but it says that (You have already activated that purchase code on another domain!) I do not have any other domains. How can I resolve this issue?

Hello, with the Woocommerce Quick View extension active, when quick view is clicked, the product opens with all the extra TM options but conditional logic doesn’t filter. (All options appear) Any suggestions?

I’m using Bridge 16.2, Woocommerce 3.4, and WEPO 4.6.8. On a single product page I’m seeing a large space under the EPO area and above the Add to Cart button. I see this with 4.6.7 but not earlier versions. I’ve deleted 4.6.8 and reinstalled but no joy. I’ve tried different orders of updates for Woo and EPO. Same result. I only see this after updating to WEPO 4.6.7 or 4.6.8.

This is because the theme probably has fixed its WooCommerce templates to be compatible with WooCommerce 3.4. This update from WooCommerce change the way the variation templates work and they moved the woocommerce_before_add_to_cart_button action hook. If the theme doesn’t conform to that change this results in displaying the options two times and the second won’t be activated, thus the large space. The said hook is only supposed to be run once.
As far as I can see the latest version of Bridge theme is 20.9.3 from 3 days ago so you should update the theme since the version you use is obviously not compatible with WooCommerce 3.4. You should also use the latest plugin version 4.6.8

Hello. Update issue again. Can’t update the plugin and getting the error Update Failed: Error! Envato API error: User not found. This can sometimes occur if the user has registered with https://account.envato.com but not logged in to the marketplace yet.

This means that the saved information on the license tab isn’t correct. You will have to do a manual update and re-check the license details.

I want to use your plugin to sell my photos. I want to upload a photo and use your plugin to generate 3 different image sizes from the same photo I uploaded. Is this possible? For example, I will upload a photo 20002000 and I want to sell a photo of 500500 for 2$, a photo of 10001000 for 4$ and a photo of 20002000 for 5$ . All these are DOWNLOADABLE items. I’m sorry but no, this isn’t possible at all. The plugin cannot be used to generate images nor to decide which file should be downloaded.
Hey, When i activate this plugin in conjunction with wp-rocket and/or Woocommerce Custom Tabs it comes up with with an error 500, does this mean that this plugin is incompatible or is there something can do to make all of them work?

Is there a way to format the ‘output’ of a date picker control such that it shows the abbreviate month name instead of the month number? For example, in the USA, the 27th of May would look like this: 5/27/2018. I would prefer either 27 May 2018 or May 27, 2018. (For August, for example, the month would show as Aug.) Thx!
I’m sorry but no that isn’t possible. While it is possible to change that format including month strings will make certain features of the datepicker not usable. You can of course override this via the template

This affects situations where options are displayed in the shop/archive pages. Due to the performance increase on the main set of options, when displaying multiple sets like in the shop/archive pages the performance increase is significant.
This plugin is exactly what I need. However, when the plugin is active. I can not add any items to my cart at all. When the plugin is not active, I can add items to my cart with no problem. Any idea why this would be? WP, Plugin and WooCommerce are all up to date.
