If you know programming then you can do it. But it will be very complicated. Because Bookme is a big and complicated plugin.

hi .. i just bought it .. i have a very important question … we have a training website with instructors and users .. i want the user to be able to book an appointment in the calendar after one week .. i mean that the user cannot for example book an appointment tomorrow .. the first opening always has to be after 7 days for the instructor to prepare for the meeting … how can I do that?

She has a beauty salon and needs a booking system being able to plan appointments with two main values: STAFF MEMBERS AVAILABILITY (some of them don’t offer all the services) and ROOMS AVAILABILITY (they have 3 rooms and some services are just offered in one or two room, other services in just one etc.) Would be the plug-in be able to offer the client the available date and time counting on the staff member + the room availability? I had big problems with other plug-ins not offering the second variable and couldn’t work with them correctly.

Hello there, I tested your live demo on iPhone, and it does not work. It said “There is a problem appointment not fix” At Your order Summary: Time is ok, With: has a cross mark. It seems there is a problem with Employee setting
But I checked it with desktop it has no problem. So, there must be something wrong with mobile compatibility .

I simply LOVE your plugin, though I have a question, maybe I couldn’t find that on admin demo:
1) Imagine I have a service with 1h30 duration and 0 padding-time. I noticed that appointments appear in sequence from starting resource hour to finish: e.g. 09h00 to 10:30, 10:30 to 11:00…
But what if my customer needs to make an appointment at 09:30 ? This would offset everything to 09:30 to 11:00 and 1h30 afterwards.
The plugin can handle that? Can I setup “make every 30min available for booking” and then “if user books a 1h30 procedure at H:H hour, offset everthing afterwards and lock agenda if conflicts?

Hej guys. I am planning to do a listing/directory website where different companies can offer different courses, events and so on. every single event or course has to be bookable. my questions:
1. is it possible to make a single calendar for every company and adding different mail addresses to this calendar so when a booking comes in that the company and i get a mail about the booking? 2. do you also have a list view? 3. is this plugin dsgvo compatible?

For your purpose i think you need a custom plugin. Bookme can not fulfill your requirements.

Bookme send notification to user,employee and admin immediately when a user book an appointment. You can manage notification from admin.

your plug looks like it may suit my requirements….however im wondering if it can support the following:
FOR THE WEB FORM
Can the web form book an staff members time to perform a service, but the employee must Accept the booking.first?
Can it perform temporal/time based Responses – so if a booking isn’t accepted within a certain time and action or activity (like a notification to an administrator) is fired?
FOR CUSTOMER Can it support a secure login area for customers so they can view past bookings, make new ones, edit current ones etc.
FOR ADMIN Can it support secure login admin area for the admin to not only manage bookings but view stats on bookings including clients names, number of times booked, coming up bookings stats etc..;
Can we remove the need to take payments?

Admin can manage all bookings and booking details. And payment option can be disable. But other features are not available yet.

hello! is this compatible with all WooCommerce payment methods and gateways? and another question: is this possible to set schedule service working time period (12.00 to 20.00 for example), duration and padding-time (2 hours and 15 minutes for example), but customer could choose appointment time exactly customer wants? I mean, not already set time (12, 14, 16, 18 hours), but calculate free time and set appointment time by customer – choose hour and minute (14.15, 17.25, etc – any time in free peridod) with time-picker. and last question: is this have 2-way sync with google-calendar?
