WooCommerce Free Shipping Bar is auto detect base on customer IP. It will get country code that auto select Shiping zone. If you use zip code, I think It is can not auto detect.

Hello, Is it possible to only show the pop up bar to visitors within a certain country? So, visitor is from the US and sees the pop up bar announcing “free shipping”. Visitor from Canada (based on IP address), would not see the pop up bar at all.

Hello mmiikkee, there is no option to make the bar appear above the header. But you can put it to the bottom of the screen.

I have just purchased your plugin. It works okay but i have a small issue. I would like to display the remaining ammount that the user has to add to the cart in order to get free shipping. However, after you add a product to the cart it show the message after purchase. I have tryed completing that filed with the message that includes {missing_amount} and {shopping} however they do not work if entered in that field. Can you kindly let me know how to fix this ?

1. This plugin is not support widget and shortcode. You can show on top or bottom in setting page.
2. WooCommerce free shipping will change when zone change. Example: You 2 zones for 2 different countries with 2 different min orders. WooCommerce Free Shipping will change for each country.
