2. Quelle est la différence entre les New Sale simple et Sales Register
3. Dans la rubrique Repport, quelle est la différence entre Sales report et POS report
1. Same all Database store procedure. SP_POS is core POS module and SP_INV is for Inventory module.
2. New sale is to create invoice for your customer. and Sales register is direct sale to customer like retail shop transaction.
3. same as 2 question transaction report. Sales report is created invoice and POS report is retail sales report

Yes, you can use only your PC or multiple PC using LAN, Web server hosting. For local or offline usages you have to host on IIS server (documentation included how to host on IIS)
