what happens to a job listing once it reaches the package time limit (like 90 days online) does it become a draft ? is it deleted ? Could an employer still see it in his dashboard as draft and re-list it by re-paying if he wants to extend the length without having to recreate the job listing ?
Yes it’s comes status with expire and will be removed from listings and sent email notification to employer his job is expired so he can renew it again….
Yes employer can see expired jobs as well and can republish by purchasing a new or using old package…

After visiting more in depth your demo i have new pre-sales questions :
1. i noticed that users can’t click on category in listings and required skills. I found it weird as it seem they are just tags and category, and so should be clickable and redirect t main category or tag root.
2. They can’t either click on a location, which could show in one page all the listings for a specific city (for exemple a user might wantr to click on “london” if a listing is located in london, and see all avaiable jobs in this city, just like a tag or category works)
3. Job date creation doesn’t appear in listings page, could you add a “posted XX days ago” somewhere ?
4. Is there a way to have a specific background for featured image too or is it just the tiny logo “featured” ?
5. Is it possible to choose to load listings with a “load more” button instead of regular pagination ?
6. Do i have the choice for filter sidebar to place it on left OR right or is it stuck on left side ?
7. Is the sidebar width fixed or can i set it to 300px ? Its default width doesn’t suit popular 300×300 ads size, so it’s a bit restrictive.
8. Does the navbar with “employer listing” “job listing” etc. replace my theme navigation bar or is it separate ?
9. Can i place these links (employer listing, job listing etc.) inside my theme’s navigation ?
10. is it possible to keep filter windows open or betetr, to choose which is open and which is closed ?
11. Is it possible to prevent a filter window to close when filtering
12. Can i add custom filters or am i stucked with the one i see in the demo ?
13. Can i create new custom job details (with custom icons) or am i stucked with what i see in the demo ?
