if someone searches for “italian restaurant” there may be 100 listings in your site but they will not show up because you need to fix your code for the search. Not many people are going to know the exact name of each italian restaurant… so unless they know the specific words to type in the specific order then this business directory isn’t a good one if the search is the main function and it’s broken because if you place 1 word wrong, you don’t get those results.
if you place 1 space bar space in the wrong place, you don’t get the results correctly…. this is not a good search code, for you to just ignore the errors in your code is a bit disturbing. You should fix it for your paying users who haven’t had a clue it was broken.

I mentioned this to another author and they fixed their code and saw that it was an error. Even if it’s not an error it makes your directory not as good as others if the search is simple instead of advanced.
you may have other options to make it look advanced but if it can’t search for “apple laptops” and “laptops apple” and produce the same results, to me that is an error and even if not defined as error, it is still something that needs correction or else your customers are the ones suffering, and their clients, because anyone should be able to type something into a search and get at least close to the same results. Your directory site gives me 0 results if I place a space after a word in the search sometimes.
If I’m looking for Florida Real Estate and search your site for “real estate florida” I should get the same results in the directory search. Everyone should, but they don’t so I am not sure how you do not see this as an error, as it is at the very least inferior to what a search should be able to do as a whole, instead of just how you created and left it.

What were you suggesting I learn? I have browsed the themes and am now asking questions to make some decisions. As I said I like your theme but I don’t see why you would not want to correct this for all users. Ebay search works this way, Craigslist search, Amazon search, Google search even works this same exact way… I don’t see what’s wrong with making your script better.

The error within the keyword search happens like this. My example listing on your site I use is “food festival”.
When I search “festival food” I get 0 results. When I place a space in front of “food” I get 0 results, however when I place a space in front of “festival” when searching I get the “food festival” result showing as in the title it does have this space before the word festival.
Is there a way to fix this so when searching say “apple laptops” or “laptops apple” when searching you get the same results? As well as with the spaces being there accidentally showing the same results as without extra spacing as well? Thanks
