Hi. Is there a reason why the 360 image shortcode I put in the popup box shows but doesnt rotate? I have tried 2 plugins and both show up but dont spin the image. Thanks for any help.

Hello, we are using the lite version of this plugin to test it before buying it and it gives us an error (jQuery(....).imagelinks is not a function). We think it might be because we use RequireJS in our template, but we’re not sure, are you aware that this error exists or do you think it might be something else? We’re afraid to buy the plugin and we’re afraid it won’t work.
Check your template, it should have wp_head and wp_footer functions, otherwise the script file doesn’t exist on your page as result it can’t work.
I just purchased the plugin and it works fine, but the links do not work on mobile devices. I’ve tested on several phones and a ipad. I’m not sure if there is something that needs to be selected in the settings, but it’s not working on mobile devices.

Hello. First of all, fully delete the lite version, then open the package from codecanyon and copy the folder imagelinks to your wp plugins directory, activate the plugin.
my previous setting will still there if i delete im using paid plugin Version 1.3.5
if i dont have access to ftp and cpanel any other way?
Does it work? Deactivate the lite version and delete from WP admin panel, then add a new plugin from the package.
Hey, before purchasing id like to know if there is a search option available. To explain, I work for a company and instead of making a directory we are making an interactive floor plan. So I’m looking to know if there is a search bar option where someone types an employee name and the hotspot becomes visible, while all the other hotspots are hidden?
By default this feature is unsupported, it can be done only via customization and some js code. Also you can try a free version on wordpress.org.

I see, in the preview mode labels are just information that shows a hotspot title. If you want to show labels in the frontend too you should use a custom css section and hotspot advanced options. I can send you an instruction how to do, write me email to avirtum[@]gmail.com.

We are trying the free version of your plugin and it’s really great on a desktop or tablets.
However, bigger popovers with a lot of content exceeds of the screen on smaller devices, making it unusable (and unreadable).
Is there a way to force popovers to fit the size of screen on smaller devices?

It can be done only via customization with javascript code (see the general tab, the custom js section), as example check the link http://avirtum.com/list/imagelinks-wordpress-plugin/demo/custom.html, we can make this behavior if the screen width < 768px as example.

You can check it by yourself, just go to wordpress.org and try to find my lite version (type “imagelinks” into plugin search field), it has the same features as pro except some restrictions.

I have installed the lite version and created a new item. I left everything default, and added one hotspot. I published and added the shortcode to one of the pages.
When I check my item via the preview option, everything works as expected. However if I check the page (wich has the shortcode) I only see a static image. So the image I chose for the item is displayed, but there are no hotspots, it’s just a plain, static image. I tried both shortcodes: [imagelinks id=”115”] and [imagelinks slug=”115”]
I use WordPress 4.9.1 on PHP 7.0 and Apache2 (However, I think that since the preview works fine, everything is there to make it work)

How do I increase the size of the hotspot?
There is several ways to do that. First, you can create your own theme, second, define a custom css class and set it to your hotspot (see advanced section), third, use a custom js section and modify size manually ( I can send a sample).
Just purchase this plugin but I have an error message. Can not be installed… I used to intall those, so what happened ? WP version : 4.8.3

Are you talking about whole image, you can use custom a css section and define a special class, then use this class inside shortcode.
