As you can see in your backend, I just made a booking without any problem on your website. So it works. I also explained how to add availability (simply add prices for some periods with correct settings for each room). So I don’t understand exactly what do you need. Don’t hesitate to send me screenshots by emails with your problem. I will try to explain you. Thank you.

i have a problem. when the total in booking day is (13*80=1.040 €), i show in booking page 1.00 €, that meaning the script can’t reformat price

Your Product really looks promising and great … I’m very much interested to buy it and have a long-term vision.

But I do Have some queries (I need for Indian Hotel …)… Can you please help me out … I’m really very excited to buy it.

1.) Does it support Indian Payment Gateway Like … PayTM, CCAVENUE, and PayUmoney.

2.) I need to use it for Hotel Room Booking … I have many rooms with various other services … So is it possible to show … room availability … But showing option like Check-In and Check-Out … and then show which rooms are available.

3.) Can user it from Backend Aswell … As hotel owner … One should also book hotel rooms on cash (in offline) so will he be able to book rooms from admin level too.

4.) Custom Indian SMS Gateway: Once booking is done … Will customer get be notified … that booking is confirmed (both by EMAIL and SMS)

5.) Cashback or Loyalty Feature: Does system supports any Loyalty or Cashback system: when user book any room … he should be notified that you got a USD-10 as cashback and you can use this cashback on next booking of the hotel room with us. I hope you could understand my concern and will help me out.

6.) OTAs – We need Indian Hotel Aggregators connected with our Front END CMS booking system.

The main concerns are we will listing our rooms on GOIBBIBO, CLEARTRIP, MakeMyTrip, PAYTM, TRIVAGO … so when need to sync that rooms bookings to our website … whenever a booking is done at our premises or theirs.

In simple words, room booking can be done by 3 modes… Offline (or by Phone), Online Website (QLO Frontend CMS Booking), or any aggregator websites like GOIBIBO, CLEARTIP, etc etc …

What we need is whenever a booking is done at any one of these three modes… it could get syn automatically among all 3. This will eliminate manual work and overbooking and other things.

In Nutshell … will it sync with GOIBIBO, TRIVAGO, CLEARTRIP, MAKEMYTRIP, TRAVELADVISOR

7.) We need to manage hotel … and there are many services, room booking & misc services which will be done offline mode … So is this capable of handling all such stuff … Or we need to opt for other HMS.

2/ I don’t really understand, you can already specify your dates, then check the availability for each room type.

3/ You can add booking from the admin panel as admin or hotel owner to block rooms if you get external bookings.

4/ Therte are several API like Clickatell (paid plan) or do you have your own? I can do it for you. LEt me know if you need an estimate.

5/ No, there is no cashback system for the moment.

6/ this feature is not available yet. I didn’t find the best free solution to synchronize the CMS with other booking platforms.

Kindly create permission for super Admin different from Administrator or make it possible for super Admin to assign permissions to other users.

Because right now the manager is given very few permissions meaning that . you tend to be forced to move the manager from the manager account to Administrator account of which gives all permissions to everyone under administrator account. Not all administrators need to have access to settings area.

Kindly correct that issue

- Is it possible to set another link (so that it does not redirect to the room). So if soembody clicks on the picture the link should go to /booking page?

- Is it possible to completely remove the link so that customers cannot click on the picture (they should just see the pictures)?

2) Is there a possiblity in the booking section to just show rooms which are connected with rates? Rooms with no rates or which are in maintenencce mode should not be displayed. The thing is I have one room which you can rent the whole year around, and a room which is only rentable in December. The first room should always be visible in the booking section, whereas the secon room should only be visible if customers look for a room in december. Is there a way to do that?

3) Is there a way to display the following: if a room is only bookable from Saturday to Saturday is that somehow possible to show an error message when customers try to book from Friday to Friday for example?

4) Is it possible to do the following: if customers select a check in date and then click on the ceck-out field, the suggested date should not be the day after the check in day, but 7 days after check in day. For example I select checkin Date 1.1.01. then now the system jumps directly to 2.1.01 for Checkout Date. Is it poosible that the systems jumps for example to 7.1.01. instead of 2.1.01.?

The administrator should get this email. Check your email and the settings in the admin panel. The confirmation is sent to the customer and to the administrator. Let me know if it still doesn’t work

Yes I have checked now for the booking confirmation it works

But you added some other emails/cron tasks for me (1day before arrival, 3 days after depature and 1/2 year after depature). But I do not receive a copy for these mails and also the cron task does not seem to be executed (because no emails are sent out).

Hi,

First you added in the file .htaccess the following code:

# Use PHP56 as default

</IfModule>
# END custom php.ini

Then you removed a part of the file which defined the path of the document root. Restore the original file.

Also you don’t use the latest version, so maybe some bugs have already been fixed.

And finally (and most important), you defined the menu item “Rooms” as parent of the menu item “Rooms”. It’s an infintite loop… That’s why you get an error. Rooms have no parent anyway (or hotel if you want, but not itself).

1/ The text is too long. You can edit the css to display smallcaps for example and reduce the font size.

2/ Edit the file /templates/default/models/summary.php and search “strtolower” (simply remove this function or replace with “ucfirst”).

3/ Simply create a banner without background with your logo centered.

4/ It’s possible using the option “attachments” (array of files). Check in the file /common/lib.php => “sendMail”

5/ This is only for update which have sql queries. Otherwise, no need.

2/ Your language have a capital letter for the first letter of a common word, so you can edit the file /common/lib.php and replace:

function getAltText($singular, $plural, $value, $mode = 'lc')

with:

function getAltText($singular, $plural, $value, $mode = 'uc')

3/ I mean create an empty image (or white background or what you need) named “header-mail.png” with you logo centered, and replace the existing banner in /templates/default/images/

4/ When the function sendMail is called (in paypal_notify.php for example), you can add an extra optional parameters which is an array of strings (each string is the path of a file to attach). = array() is the default value if this parameter is empty.

6/ There is no booking terms option planned. You can add a pdf link in the text for the page payment or summary.

Hi,

Make sure you defined a number of people in your prices with a price per night or at leat a price for extra children/adult. Check also the start/end of maintenance in each room. This field must be empty.

Check if the tables pm_booking_tax, pm_booking_service, pm_booking_activity, pm_booking_room, pm_activity_session exists in your database. Check also your PHP error logs when you access to these pages.
