1. Please clear your browser cache so that the new version is used.
2. The player doesn’t have this problem anymore, as can be seen on our live preview: http://zuperradioplayer.audioplayerhtml5.com/
In your case, the artist/speaker name doesn’t have the image in the database or the artist name is not clear. Examples:
Pastor Roberto Ubilla
Passion-Feat. Chris Tomlin

The plugin doesn’t autoplay lately. I have to deactivate and reactivate it (or press play even though it has the icon of autoplay) the same happens in the live demo of your site. using Firefox, tried in Chrome as well. Is this the new browser autoplay policies? if so why does it work normallly when I disable and enable the plugin? will an update fix this?

Starting with Safari 11 and Chrome 66 the autoplay will not work because Apple & Google disabled autoplay feature and it can’t be controlled from JS.

hi , Pre Sale Question: i have 5 different channels on my radio can i use this player for all but one time ? I see only the play – pause button and not the next or previous to switch between channels . i stream with icecast , for history i must stay tuned in , if i switch channel all the previous info ? You can add 2 or 3 players on the same page, but none sticky. Also, you should set different values for Refresh Interval for Now-Playing Info’ parameters, as follows:
Instance 1: 45
Instance 2: 68
Instance 3: 83

The player doesn’t have this bug. Your theme has ‘audiojs’ script which targets all HTML5 <audio> tags. Please deactivate it.

I just purchased the plugin, however it gives me several errors in a Javascript file. It’s requesting files that don’t exist. How can I remove it?
Because of these errors, the player won’t load on mobiles.

I’ve tried multiple Icecast streams to see if it is a problem on our end, but it happens with every Icecast stream. I have no errors when opening a Shoutcast stream.
