I just bought the plugin, given that it says it supports radio.co streams. I set up the player, in the preview it works, however when paste in the shortcode into a page the player itself does not show up.

So the problem is that you are using a ‘HTTP’ radio stream ( http://149.202.186.113/frequenceterre ) on a HTTPS website. You should use a HTTPS stream, like this: https://domain_name:443/frequenceterre
Please contact your radio stream provider and ask him to offer you a HTTPS stream like this: https://domain_name:443/frequenceterre

Yes, I see them without problems in Chrome.
Clear your browser/website cache. If you still have problems, you can use set in Manage Players->Player Settings the following parameters:
- Radio Stream Link: https://sv3.vestaradio.com:443/frequenceterre
- Url custom metadata file: http://149.202.186.113/status.xsl
- Metadata File Type: status.xsl

ok ! Clearing history and cache worked !!! Everything is okay by now. Just one more question.
Where do you take you “album art” from ? Because they are not “album arts”. It’s quite relevant, but not always and I was awaiting something fetching a bit more the album cover. There is a lot of black & white pictures :o(
What about Itunes API ?
I now that LastFM is less ans less relevant… But it’s good to have real album art instead of picture of “live shows”.
Do you think you will find a way to give a better answer to the metadata query ?
Amazon cover art ? AudioDB Cover art ? Itunes API ? Fanart.tv ? MusicBrainz ?

The player displays the artist image and not the cover art.
The artist image is protected by copyright laws. The images are taken from the MusicBrainz database because MusicBrainz offers images from WikiData and are free to use.

If you have a standard website, the header & footer are reloaded when a new page is loaded and since our player is in the footer it will be reloaded, too. That’s why you’ll experience a 1s pause when you’ll navigate your website.
To have no pause, your website needs to use AJAX loading. Please note that this has nothing to do with our player, but with your website navigation system.
Another way would be to have a button on your page like ‘Listen live that will open the player in a pop-up window.

1. Trebuie sa aveti un site WordPress.
2. Din ce am vazut (v-am dat reply la emailul anterior), ati cumparat pluginul pentru Elementor. Deci pe langa un site wordpress trebuie sa aveti instalat si Elementor
3. Arhiva pe care ati descarcat-o contine pe langa .zip-up care trebuie instalat si folderul ‘___help’, folderul ‘__PSD’, licenta etc
4. Dupa ce dezarhivati arhiva pe care ati downloadat-o va rog sa instalati fisierul ‘elementor_widget_zuper_radio_player.zip’. Acesta este fisierul pluginului.

what i mean is if i click pause and then goto a different page on the same website. Does it stay paused? as currently in your demo. It starts playing the radio again even if i paused it before.

How come that, since the last update, the listeners ip’s are incorrect when they listen with this player? Using e.g. mytuner gives the correct ip’s…. Thanks

1. It has autoplay, but Chrome and Firefox blocks autoplay. So the autoplay option will work only on browser that allows autoplay.
2. If you have a WordPress website, you must use the WordPress plugin. If you don’t have a WordPress website, you must use the stand-alone version.

I use for many years the audio4 and i also have buy and the ’ Most Wanted WordPress Plugins Pack ’ we have changed a lot of mails in the past . I just make some tests with this players and its not working with radiojars stream but works with shoutcast only for titles and artist names .

You don’t have to delete the plugin.
After you download the latest version, you do the following:
1. Deactivate the plugin
2. Using a FTP account, overwrite all the files of our plugin on your server, in ‘wp-content\plugins\’ In the .zip file you’ve downloaded from codecanyon.net you’ll find ‘main’ folder and inside it you’ll find ‘lbg-audio9_html5_radio_zuper.zip’. Please unzip ‘lbg-audio9_html5_radio_zuper.zip’ file and using a FTP account, overwrite ‘lbg-audio9_html5_radio_zuper’ folder on your server, in ‘wp-content\plugins\’
3. Activate the plugin
4. Make sure you clear the browser cache so that the new files are used
