This plugin comes with a built-in CSV importer tool which helps to upload thousand of models quickly and associate to WooCommerce existing products at the same time rather you keep doing it manually one by one.

If you go in admin and look for “CSV Import” sub menu under “VPF MENU”, this should help you to get what you want. Please download a sample CSV file from same page before you upload real data. It will heklp you to understand the CSV structure my importer tool supports.

2. Currently you can associate selected vehicles to products or can make a product universal by which it will be auto assigned to all vehicles. I hope this will help what you are looking for.

1. Regarding products stock to sync with third party software, it depends on WooCommerce itself. My plugin is nothing about stocks and it just adds an option to assign Makes/Models/Years/Engines to existing WooCommerce products.

2. Many of my clients have used WP All Import for vehicles import process but I am not much famliar with this plugin BTW. You can try this plugin’s in-built importer tool as well.

3. Makes/Models/Years are not actually WooCommerce categories but uses a custom taxonomy for the purpose in same way WooCommrce does for product categories.

On VPF Terms page, please take your mouse over Make Name and you will see few quick links. From these links, look for “View Models” and click on it. This will show you a list of Models only for this particular Make. Same way hover your mouse on Model Name from next page and you will see a quick, link for “View Years”. I hope that make sense.

Regarding CSV Importer tool, first download a sample CSV file from VPF Import screen/page and ready another file in exactly same format with your live Makes/Models/Years….

Give it a try with small CSV file first ( including 3-4 rows only ) and play with it so that you can get an idea about the features and flow. Once it works fine then go ahead with complete CSV file. In case you upload same CSV file again and again, it wouldn’t duplicate already imported data and will upload new terms only from each import so don’t worry if you have to upload same CSV again and again.

Now, how it creates associations in VPF terms and WooCommerce terms, if you look into sample CSV file there is a column on fifth position called item_product. This column does the magic you are asking about. Add comma separated multiple product SKU’s there and CSV IMPORTER tool will auto assign whole row with those products. Please make sure that item_product column is always on fifth position. In case you don’t have engines to add on fouth position then simply add a header item_engine on fourth position and leave it empty for all rows.

1. Currently uploading a new CSV and it doesn’t update product associations. It only adds new associations. In case if you need it then I can make it so everytime you upload a new CSV file, it will first delete all the associations and will create new associations. That way you have to make sure that your new CSV file contains all the terms everytime you upload it including previous imported terms too.

2. Currently if you upload a new CSV it doesn’t duplicate already existing terms and relations but will create new associations if it doesn’t exist.

3. CodeCanyon doesn’t allow me to provide any discount for multiple licenses and I can’t see it outside of CodeCanyon.

1.This plugin doesn’t come with Auto Vehicles database/CSV but you can download a demo CSV file from plugin’s import page which will just help you to know the exact format of CSV file required before you import it.

2. Yes you can create any number of forms on same page.

3. I can help you in setting a target attribute but that way it wouldn’t show search results correctly? May I know the reason why and where you want to send it?

1. May I know that why you want to import all the vehicles and not only tghose which your website sells for? However, I think this author sells the vehicles database: https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-carparts-filter-plugin/6556524?s_rank=27 so you should contact him through his email.

2. Yes, it wouldn’t conflict with form 2 in this case so don’t worry about it

The time out issue you have mentioned is something that is related to server configuration as well. Try to increase the value of try to increase the value of max_execution_time and memory_limit and then give it one more try.

1. Try to find a plugin which searches in assigned taxonomy as well while one performs a keyword search. This may help you to achieve what you want.

It’s not possible to use currently setup categories for my plugin but if you have used multi level hierarchy in categories for Makes/Models/Years then I can try to help you in clonning those in my plugin too. Its not possible to select year ranges on product edit screen manually but why don’t you try same through CSV while you are importing year ranges.

Please download a sample CSV file from plugins’s import screen and look in at 5th column item_product which allows you to add multiple product sku’s there. That way it auto assigns same row’s year ranges to products at same time while you import VPF Terms. This helps you to get rid of assigning year ranges to product manually.

Please confirm if you have purchased this plugin or not yet as I don’t see PURCHASED tag with your codecanyon name. 1. For search query to show in header, it requires some work in theme files. Please share your website FTP and Admin details on wpinstinct@gmail.com and I can do this for you.

2. If you check in plugin settings, there is already an option to enable a link for reset search.

3. I am not sure if its possible to have multi categories selection within my plugin but I can give it a try once you share your website details with me. In reference website they are using different plugin for categories filter.
