question, can we approve or disapprove reviews? unpublish etc? where do i find reviews that are left on products to edit them, or approve or disapprove them?

Hi whodunit27, Yes you can edit comments(approve/disapprove/delete…) comments by going to dashboard/comments. Here you can see column “In response to” shows which product a comment belongs to. You can go to settings/discusion to manage how comments are handled. Import reviews option is on admin “Products page” and “Edit product” page. Best regards.

Now it looks like it’s a cheap freebie plugin from wordpress.org I could have downloaded and saved some cash!
I paid for this premium plugin as it didn’t have any cheap free advertisement pasted all over it, please release a new update WITHOUT this crap free marketing!

Hello bbrain123, In WooCommerce Photo Review back-end/ Review Tab/ Look for an option “Show Review Tab” first. Enable it. That will help to display Review Tab instead of Description Tab.

Hello donchihuahua, Sorry this option is not available now. You can choose to use an existing coupon but can not choose how many time it will be used. Or you can let the plugin generate coupons with that value (10% off)

Hi,
When i send a review to a costumer, the photo is added from the product whit the text review now. The picture is the original size from the Webshop 1000px, i prefer a thumbnail or a another small format.

Hi, I like this plugin, it’s great. I hope it has more features.
1. Change the order, the latest is on the top.
2. Limit the number of the reviews per page using pagination.
3. Click a thumbnail once, show the original image. Click the same thumbnail again, close the original image.
4. On the mobile, replace the current style with lightbox, so the image can be displayed full screen.

Your live preview sample pages doesn’t have the photos or rating features activated. But I see in the photo and video preview that these features are displayed on the page. Do these features only display in certain browsers?

Hello timeturner, Thank you for the questions. 1. You can disable the photo reviews options. So in front-end, reviews module will display as defaulr of your theme. 2. The review reminder email will be sent with all completed orders 3. The link will lead to the single product page. When the review is approved, coupon will be sent to the email that customer entered in product page.
Thanks Julian for your reply, after a bit of looking around, came across your free version of the plug-in. So I installed for testing test and found it loads 2 versions of the plug-in 1.0.2 and 1.0.3 both show in installed plug-in’s?
Also there is a security question/hole that I couldn’t find your final answer too that it had been fixed?
Also under the photo tab setting, I have set the “Enable Photo Attachment” to off but the “System status” tab shows: “File upload: On OK” ?
Also the review reminder email received only shows standard text and no product thumbnail or review button, no woo styling at all?

First, for testing you can install the latest free version 1.0.3.
Second, the security question is not our plugin’s problem and our team helped the website owner solve it.
Third, the system status is to show if your web server config meets our plugin’s requirements, not the status of the plugin, and plugins are not allowed to change those settings. When you turn off photo attachment, the upload field will not show on frontend so your users can not upload file in their comments.
And finally, the review reminder email in free version only send plain text. The product thumnail, review button and woo styling are included only in pro version.

It is version 1.0.0 as we have just released it on CodeCanyon but it similar to 1.0.4 of the free version. In free version 1.0.4 we fixed bugs and give free version some features that only available on pro version.

OK there is a MAJOR issue with your plugin…after purchasing your PRO version, WHY do I have now installed 1.0.2 AND 1.0.3 like your free version, it installs TWO versions of the plugin! and after update it’s now 1.0.4?

Looks like the update DIDN’T fix the issues…the Coupon tab will not save any changes AND why after you hit save on any tab you end up back on the General tab?
Hello timeturner, you can have both free and pro version installed and active but only pro version runs. After update, you should use Ctrl+F5 to refresh cache to load the updated js and css file. Thank you.
Hey Kim, I tested the free version plugin and deleted it before installing the paid version. All cache was cleared.
The issue is as mentioned above, when you make changes to the Coupon email settings it will not save the updated settings?
I can’t change the coupon discount from 11 or even when I add text to the email it will not save it!
