for deleting the country in this file CountryCode.php is fine but other file you should not delete or change anything of those
those are library and there is a quick way just only to show usa country for that

Hello Basti, I have Two questions. 1. can a merchant use Authorize net? if yes, please tell me How? Admin using PayPal for other commission based merchant but one merchant want to use his own authorize net to receive payments. 2. currently admin receiving all the Tips that customer pay while ordering but is there any way that merchant can get the Tips instead of admin.
it will depends in your merchant type
membership = this means all payment will receive by merchant directly and merchant will need to set the payment settings in merchant panel
commission = this means all payments will go to admin/website owner and the payment settings will be use is in admin panel
commission+invoice = same as membership and they will receive invoice that they need to pay to website owner
for the tips sorry there is no way unless we add the split payment, or set the merchant to membership so they will get all the payments

I understand that, but when I set a merchant as membership then authorize net doesn’t appear in merchant payment settings, only PayPal and Mollie appears. But I want authorize net to be appear on merchant payment settings.
make sure authorize.net is enabled in admin -> Payment Gateway Settings
and
when you go to admin -> edit merchant -> payment settings tab this means disabled not enabled
