I would like to add this to my classified ads website and mobile app… do you think it will work? Is there an option to add the live chat to each profile automatically. And when the buyer initiated the chat on product page, the chat will automatically grab the product details in his first chat so the seller knows what the buyer is referring to.

Hello, Thanks for your interest in our plugin. As WordPress by default doesn’t provide a public profile for each user so we haven’t implemented the chat button for each user in each user profile. But we have a dedicated shortcode for that you can just add the shortcode in your user profile page then every user visiting other user profile will get a chat button to send message to the user. We built our plugin for generalized purpose so there is no such option like grabbing the product data.

I have tested your demo, but I can’t understand several things :
1) I have opened 2 different browsers, in which I have logged in with demo1 and demo2 separately. Unfortunately, I never had any sound/notification to tell me that I got a new message.
2) I really expected to have the possibility, as a simple user, to start a chat by clicking on a bottom right little chat windows, like any other standard chat. I have seen your full screen chat, ok. What about a real live chat window in every page of the website, in which we can see logged in users, and in which we’ll be able to click on his name in order to open a second little window and start a chat with him/her?

Thanks for your interest in our plugin. First of all you can see we have a notification bar where you can see your unread messages. Yes there is no sound for chat notification and frankly this is not a real time chat application with real time database Its a private messaging application with RDMS. We Implemented our plugin in this way to give the feel of real time but we used WordPress database not real time database.
The 2nd feature you requested for is already on our queue we will implement it in very near future.

This looks like a great start to a messaging plugin. I have a few questions regarding some requirements I have. I don’t mind customizing the plugin for my needs, if that is relatively easily done and maybe you can provide some tips on that.
1. Is mass messaging possible, example: If I need to send the same thing to 10 users, can I do that in one message/funciton. It should not be a group chat, just send 10 same messages to each individual
2. Can I restrict who sends messages to whom? .. I assume I can just edit the search function to only show the users I want.

Id like to buy this if i could just test it. the demo pages are messed up and this doesent look promising.
I have made the demo work, nice!. Now a question… if i want this to be a private messaging system. Is there a shortcode that i can put in a sidebar or something, so i can click “send message” and it will send my message only to the author of that post or anything. If you have this ill buy it right away.

Hello, If you want to implement email notification then you need to change plugin core files.
Sorry the admin can’t see an ongoing chatting and even the message is encrypted so admin can’t even get any data from database.

Hello, I’m heavily considering buying this plugin.
I have a few questions: 1. With the editable PHP files, is it possible for a dev to hide all users in the user list? Is it possible to disable user search? Is it possible to disable messaging and only have chat?
2. Also is it possible to only link 2 specific WordPress users via woocommerce order ID? One customer and one vendor (In a multi-vendor woocommerce marketplace).
Keep in mind I’m not asking if the plugin can do this out of the box (Which I know it can’t) but if a dev could do the modifications to the current files.
If that is the case I will buy.

1. Can you clarify what you really gonna achieve with hiding the users and if you hide the users how someone could send message to a user? And what you really mean by disabling message and only have chat?
2. Sorry this facility is not currently in our plugin. But you can ask for custom support and that will cost you extra money.
and one more thing you can only edit php files as the js files is complied.

1. I want to hide the users so they can’t chat with each other by default. I don’t want anyone to be able to start a chat who is not supposed to. A chat session should start automatically or started by the seller between buyer and seller in a multi-vendor woocommerce marketplace.
2. I know it’s not in the plugin right now. I’m asking if it’s theoretically possible to develop based on this plugin.

Hi,i just bought this plugin but i find two Bugs.1,you cant creat new conversations,not multiple conversatoin,when click”click enter to send”,it wont send out,you have to click Enter on your keyboard …but it still says: !Opps Something went wrong!2,my site’s icons disappear with this plugin activated.

5. sorry our plugin is a basic wordpress plugin it will only work with the wordpress enviroment.
as it’s a wordpress plugin and store the chat messages directly into the mysql database of the wordpress so there is no concern for real time push from chat server.

Hello, One of our user already using this plugin for a dating site. We used the AWS S3 for any images or files so any attachments won’t make your server overloaded.
