How to remove the @???

Hi, i just bought the script and i tried to use it. when i want to enter the link, for example, i cannot enter just google.com, i have to enter http://google.com. how can i modified the default link value to have the http:// automatically without the user need to input it manually.

Hello. I am really liking this script. There is only 1 issue that I found, thus far…
I cannot update a profile avatar either from Admin side or from a User profile. When trying to update via Admin, I get this error message:
“Error ! The uploads/avatars and / or uploads/avatars/thumbs folders are not writeable ! (admin only message)”
The only problem is, these files don’t exist in my download package. Please advise. Thank you!

Please create a folder inside the root of the script called “uploads” and inside that create one called “avatars” and inside that, one called “thumbs” and make sure they are writeable ( chmod 777 )

One more quick question… how does one access/use the colored links? I don’t see that option anywhere for either myself or a User I created.
Also, am I able to enable colored links for a User without them being charged for it? And if so, how do I accomplish this?

In the dashboard, below the link of the url that you want to post, you can choose to be colored ( if that option is available for the account )
Also, you can force the colored links to be available by editing the Users table in the database and setting the column named “colored” to the “1” value for that specific user

Hi Fabian, I’ve just installed the application. I can login with the default account “admin” everything goes right except the page stylings… I edited the settings table, I changed the url link to my own domain and also the subfolder as “instagram”. ( like this: https://mydomain.com/instagram/ ) Does it make any negative effect to css file paths? How can I solve this issue? Thanks in advance.

1) Please include a way to add users manually thru the admin panel
2) When a user creates an account via the Instagram Signup/Login connection and their IG username already exists in my BioLinks database (e.g. @username), it would be helpful to allow those people to choose their own username, manually, instead of being automatically assigned something random, like @username986

Thanks for the new 1.5.1 update. In the text document “How to update from 1.5.0 to 1.5.1.txt”, you direct upgraders to replace the files below. However, these files do not appear to exist, either in 1.5.0 or 1.5.1.

I loved the awesome design of your recently added script ‘phpstatistics’ it’s amazing. When are you planning to add more design-oriented feature updates like Background color change or direct image upload from Unsplash as background?
Also, looking forward to ‘Instagram login’ which is kind of mandatory since we are promoting ‘Biolink’ as to use primarily for Instagram. Not sure why it wasn’t added on the first hand though.

Hi Fabian, Sorry for the confusion. I am talking about ‘Biolink’. I was appreciating the design of ‘PHPstatistics’ and wanted similar ‘multi-color’ modern design for Biolink.

Please make sure you added that file from the latest version to your current installed version. The stripe.php file is existing in the /processing folder. Also, you can change the pricing of packages from the admin panel. 1 point = $1 is a convention, that’s why you can change the packages points for each one individually.

Hi, i have one other question, i need to install wordpress, i don’t need the index page, i will have links to register and log in from the wordpress home page linked to url /register and /login My problem is how to modify your index.php ? can’t delete, can’t rename. Can’t put it in subfolder as i want my urls be domain/@username and not domain/subfolder/@username …

I’m not really sure what you’re trying to do here, what is your end goal ?
Keep in mind that you can’t just rename core files and expect everything to work as normal, if you want to do changes, you need to change it carefully so it will be compatible
I just want install wordpress for make a landing page… But tour script need to be on server root… as wordpress… so i can’t have 2 index.php files. I just want rename your index.php in zindex.php for example, then i need to change every files calling the index.php, excepting paypal, only footer.php include your index.php. Just asking what solution you think is better for get wordpress and your script on same root ?

You can change the index to zindex but you need to specify that in the .htaccess file. Other than that it should work if you copy and paste the whole content. Also make sure that your url in the settings table has the correct URL ( the new path ). Another point is to make sure the folders from Wordpress don’t collide with my folders

Yeah! it’s OK everything working fine!!! Just few suggestions for a future update : - subscription system - members categories : example for free members i can limit only to 3 links… Paid members unlimited links etc…. I think it will improve your sales !
