I have a client offering music lessons. Lessons are 60 minutes in length. We want to be able to have a student pick multiple time slots and multiple days, but the days are rarely congruent.
Is it possible for a student to book a 9am lesson on Monday and an 11am lesson on Friday? They should be able to pay for both of them at the same time, rather than going through the process twice.

Is there any backend demo?
If not, some pre-sale questions:
- Are time-slots flexible or tied to a service duration? My business needs to set up several breaks during the day that are shorter than the service duration and hence the time-slot schedule in a day varies a lot (as in let’s say 8:30, 9:00, then break of 15 mins, then 9:45, 10:15, then another break, 11:00, 11:30 and so on).
- Any way to configure special days, holidays and so on?
- Any way to allow multiple time slot bookings that are not consecutive hours? (In the demo that you can choose 4 time slots to book in the same session, they have to be consecutive.

Hi,
1. We have a booking mode that supports padding. However, with restrictions because the paddings are to be generated automatically based on parameters.
Firstly you wont be able to add time slots manually because you want to use paddings. Secondly, a padding will always be the minimum length of time used to generate the slots. So if you generated slots with a 30min length, the minimum padding you can set is 30mins or multiples of the same, so 30, 60, 90 and so forth.
2. Yes you can configure holidays.
3. Yes, these need to be consecutive if you want to book multiple time slots to stop booking random slots within the same day and is not accidental.

Sorry about that. Paddings are especially complex to work with otherwise, hence why we are required to force some rules in order to block time on both ends of a booked slot.

Hi! I bought booki, it’s very ok but his limit is that the customers don’t see their history booking on front end profile so, I’m interested for Calendarista becouse it’s integrated with woocommerce. In this way customers could’ll manage their order in their woocommerce profile. My question is….How does the plugin support woocommerce? what do you mean? Hi, during the booking process, the checkout step will take you directly to the woocommerce checkout page where your customer can make payment. After payment, you will see the order in your woocommerce orders page.
The order will include the service name, date/time of booking and additional optional extras selected. This is all the integration does for now. In short, it allows you to make payment for the booking through woocommerce.

I have a change service company, I have my own drivers with my vehicles and I also have some drivers registered in my system, assign task style (model uber)
I have seen that you have an option to assign the service to a person / employee. Can I do this task assignment management in dashboard? (my client will not choose the driver, only my admin can assign) It is possible?

I need to manage the reservations on the dashboard and assign it to a collaborative driver.
Is it possible to use your plugin in this way? I have seen that many of these options already exist, but many functions are at the option of different demonstrations.
I translated my form page for you to understand. https://goo.gl/dD7ShaHi, regarding your drivers, I’m not clear on their tasks but you can assign a service availability to one or more staff members. A staff member (in your case a driver) is simply a registered user in WordPress.
This member will then be able to manage some tasks on the service availability, such as approve the booking made, receive notifications when a booking is made, approve a booking, setup holidays and so forth.
As for the rest of what you were asking, it should all be achievable as there are quite a few different setups possible and the plugin itself is quite flexible but obviously it is not a silver bullet, hence I still ask that you go through the demo content to avoid any misunderstandings. We will keep adding more demo content in time.

1) I have a good WP programmer, is it possible for them to make these customizations and adapt their plugin for my business?
2) Better explaining my business: I’m going to use your site’s plugin on the service orders registration form (pickup and delivery). I’ll manage the list of orders in my admin panel and I’ll assign the services to each nearest driver, this driver will only be able to see the service that I assign to him and I need to have that listing of orders with the option of filtering by drivers for later pay them weekly.
3) Another question, I see that you have several options ready, but can I change the order of these fields to assemble in the way that is best for me? Example: date option of option 1 / option to inform addresses of option 5 / option of extra service option 9 / etc, etc.
Can I use fields from different models in sequences other than the ready model?
4) Please, I see that many other interested customers want to see the dashboard this is very important, if you do not have demo link available, please send some screenshots here. I read all the other questions asking for it.

1. I wouldn’t recommend you do this. Instead make feature requests otherwise it will get complex for you when receiving updates.
2. This requires a streamlined process which we do not support right now, atleast not in that way. You might need to check back with us on this.
3. You can change the order of fields you create using the custom form builder, but the wizard steps are predetermined by the system and cannot be changed. Only the wording of the steps can be changed.
4. We will provide a back-end demo soon, no worries!

A few months ago I got your plugin, “Booki” and was trying to adapt the settings to my needs, facing a lot of difficulty: /
By the description of what this new plugin does, surely it should do what I need, but it is better make me sure this time.
I work providing on-line consulting, so i expecct my clients could hire consulting “time blocks”, according to their needs, from 30 minutes to 2.5 hours.
Here are the features I need:
1 – My clients should choose a start time (HH: MM) and the duration of the consultancy (min 30 min, max 2,5h). In booki the only way I realized to do this, should be by adding 30 minute blocks to the cart; the solution is not the best, in addition I had problem with the cart (I even sent you an email about the cart);
2 – The system should have a limit hours sold for the same day;
3 – Customers should be able to change the dayand/or the start time of their reservation (if there is availability on the agenda), even the payment having been made immediately after booking, since they comply with the re-booking period that I have defined. Same for the cancelation policy;
4 – I need to offer 1h of “free tasting”, divided in two or three blocks (30 or 20 min) per day, on fixed schedule each block. This way, customers could opt for consulting or testing. for me, it could be done by two ways: 4.1 – two distinct types of service for the same calendar; or 4.2 – two calendars offered as distinct services (products). Both solutions are very good for me;
5 – (Desirable, not required) Bi-lateral synchronization with google calendar.

Hi, customer cannot reschedule.They can however cancel a booking, but there is still no cancellation policy period as of yet. We will be adding cancellation policy at a later time.

I just purchased the plugin and unfortunately, it does not allow me to go past the availability menu in order to add timeslots and add other settings. When I try to go back in to adjust any settings, it does not allow me to even go past the services menu. I hope this bug is resolved quickly as I was hoping to roll out this new booking feature on my website today! Regards, Paige

Hi, with the date and time range that is not possible. However with just the multi date mode you can set a min/max on the number of bookable days.
If you use the time option this is not available.

Think perhaps I might have misunderstood your intentions. You can already set a limit on the number of timeslots being selected.
This is a single date selection with time mode. There is no date range involved but rather, after selecting a date, a list of the available hours for that day will be loaded, where you can restrict the number of time slots being selected for booking to avoid overbooking.

1- Can I somehow set a pricing rule for a transport from city A to city B and that every address inside of that city gets the same pricing?
2- Can I change the pricing depending on different types of vehicles?
3- How do you change the one way vs round trip pricing?
4- I purchased Booki but it doesn’t allow me to get the desired results… Can I “trade it” for this one or something like that?

hi, 1. You can list each address found in city A and list each address in city B and set a custom price from address in city A to an address in city B.
2. You can add vehicles using our extras. You can have an unlimited number of extras where each extra item can have a cost of it’s own, which could be one or more vehicles in your case.
3. You set a fixed cost for one way and a separate fixed cost for return.
4. Unfortunately booki is a separate product that solves a specific problem related to bookings. Calendarista takes a different approach and is a separate product in it’s own right.
Exchange is not possible however on the bright side, right now Calendarista has an introductory price that is way less than what it is worth and the time spent developing it.
Hopefully you consider that aspect of it as well.

1. Yes you can set cost for a date and time range. The cost of each day will add up. To set cost by time (hourly in your case), you will need to choose other modes that are single day and time based.
2. Check any one of our demo content to find what may work for you. There are 10 booking modes in Calendarista. Pretty sure at least one will work for what you are attempting to accomplish.

Hi, seasons will look like the following: demo. I’ve used a date range, but this can be accomplished in any one of our 10 booking modes.
Basically for each service in Calendarista, you can create one or more availabilities. In this case I created 3 availabilities, one for each season. An availability can be thought of as a calendar.

1. You can create multiple services of type “Single day and time booking” and have these presented in a dropdownlist ready for customer to select. Based on selection the service will load.
2/3. Package booking is actually a set of one or more dates. You set a name for the package(in this case set your date range in the name). Seats is optional and you don’t have to set seats if you don’t need them.
You can test this from the package booking demo. After selecting a package you can see the summary, which will include the range of days represented in the package.

I didn’t see the features but can I have multi-calendars? I have two staff who don’t want to be listed on the same calendar. Also, I need to have different times during the day in 1.5-hour increments for appointments. I’m using Microsoft bookings now but cannot have two calendars.
hi, you can have an unlimited number of calendars, so each staff member can have their own availability calendar. Time can also be customized by the day or week day.

Can this be used as a multi vendor booking system where each staff member manages their own payment gateway information (Like Paypal or Stripe) and when a customer books a service from that staff member, that staff member is paid directly in real-time… If not can this be added?
