Hi, we put a support ticket into your website, but it’s now down!
We are using the latest version 2.3.6 and the ticket availability does not count down if you don’t use a payment provider, we want to use offline payments and have them count down.
you have to manually do it for offline payments, there is no automatic way of doing it because people will take the spot without paying.
that is a real shame.. we need to spots to appear booked even without payment :o( can we apply for a refund?
refunds cannot be given based on this reason alone.
It doesn’t say in any of your documentation that tickets will NOT count down when using the pay offline mode. I believe this is a valid reason for a refund.

Hi, was very excited to find this plugin as it is exactly what we need. Currently testing the lite version before purchase… however, weirdly the plugin disrupts the websites slider. The images on the slider disappear when the plugin is active. Any clues as to why?
it might be a Javascript conflict between the plugin and your slider. Unfortunately we do not provide support for the free plugin, only for the pro version.
Hello there I was wondering if this plugin will work with freelance engine theme you may not have heard of the theme but it’s like a freelancer marketplace where clients post their projects and then freelancers place bids …I would like to customize the theme and use it for local services marketplace meaning cleaners will place bidding for local cleaning jobs therefore it needs a calendar on clients side that advertises the cleaning job so he can pick the date and time however when freelancer wins the job after placing his bid can it be synced in his calendar aswell ?? Is there anyway that any user who will create an account on my site will have colander automatically assigned to his profile rather then me assigning manually to each of my users which would be very difficult for me
No, this is not possible, the plugin is exclusively for events and can only be managed by one admin.
I can register with the same data(name, mail address etc. ) for the same event. This shouldn’t be possible. Can you fix this? Thanks in advance.

How do I update the plugin automatically? I have installed Envato Market with Token and Item ID, there is notice that there is update, I click, nothing happens.
- It is ridiculous that free plugins are so easy to update, and when we pay money for plugins we have to go through so many hoops.
The only way you can update is to download the plugin directly from your codecanyon account and replacing it with your current plugin via wp admin.
Seriously. Ive been in software and web for decades. This is ridiculous and will be the downfall of WordPress unless developers step up.

You would need to create one event for each date but this is easy using our copy feature. Simply create your original event than make copies of it with one single click

Tickera provides this functionality in there free edition, and it works really well! if you could/would integrate this in yours you’ve got a total package! overall, Events+ is really easy and nice looking!
Yes, we have plans to integrate woocommerce so that you can use extensions such as QR code generators and take advantage of all the payment gateways available through woocommerce. We will begin work on the new plugin next month.
