Hello timeturner, Thank you for the questions. 1. You can disable the photo reviews options. So in front-end, reviews module will display as defaulr of your theme. 2. The review reminder email will be sent with all completed orders 3. The link will lead to the single product page. When the review is approved, coupon will be sent to the email that customer entered in product page.

Thanks Julian for your reply, after a bit of looking around, came across your free version of the plug-in. So I installed for testing test and found it loads 2 versions of the plug-in 1.0.2 and 1.0.3 both show in installed plug-in’s?

Also there is a security question/hole that I couldn’t find your final answer too that it had been fixed?

Also under the photo tab setting, I have set the “Enable Photo Attachment” to off but the “System status” tab shows: “File upload: On OK” ?

Also the review reminder email received only shows standard text and no product thumbnail or review button, no woo styling at all?

Hi timeturner, thank you for all your questions and let me answer them as below.

First, for testing you can install the latest free version 1.0.3.

Second, the security question is not our plugin’s problem and our team helped the website owner solve it.

Third, the system status is to show if your web server config meets our plugin’s requirements, not the status of the plugin, and plugins are not allowed to change those settings. When you turn off photo attachment, the upload field will not show on frontend so your users can not upload file in their comments.

And finally, the review reminder email in free version only send plain text. The product thumnail, review button and woo styling are included only in pro version.

It is version 1.0.0 as we have just released it on CodeCanyon but it similar to 1.0.4 of the free version. In free version 1.0.4 we fixed bugs and give free version some features that only available on pro version.

OK there is a MAJOR issue with your plugin…after purchasing your PRO version, WHY do I have now installed 1.0.2 AND 1.0.3 like your free version, it installs TWO versions of the plugin! and after update it’s now 1.0.4?

You said your CodeCanyon version WAS 1.0.0 What’s the go?

MAJOR issue, you can not save your own custom email text or email subject line OR time for email to be sent!

Looks like the update DIDN’T fix the issues…the Coupon tab will not save any changes AND why after you hit save on any tab you end up back on the General tab?

Hello timeturner, you can have both free and pro version installed and active but only pro version runs. After update, you should use Ctrl+F5 to refresh cache to load the updated js and css file. Thank you.
