If you want a responsive chart but at the same time you don’t want a chart too small with mobile devices I recommend you the following procedure:

• Set the Common -> Maintain Aspect Ratio option to “No”
• Use the Common -> Fixed Height option to set a fixed height in pixels (for example 400, 600, 1000). This value should be determined based on the complexity of the chart.

If you want a precise answer specific for your needs please contact me via the support tab and link me your charts. A temporary WordPress account which has access to the UberChart -> Charts menu would also be useful so I can verify the configuration of your charts and provide you more details.

the data used by the chart should be manually added from the Charts menu (manually added or copied and pasted from a spreadsheet). Currently there is no way to use directly the data of a mysql source. (without exporting the data in a format like CSV for example, from which a spreadsheet can be easily generated and manually copied in the UberChart embedded spreadsheet editor).

Only one file, which is the JavaScript library used to generate the charts.

yes, but consider that:

• The point character can’t be used as the seconds/milliseconds because the point characters is currently no supported as a separator for this kind of data (you can use the column character for example or others)
• The time scale should be placed on the x axis because is not supported on the y axis

In case contact me after purchasing (through the support tab) so I can send you a screenshot or an importable model to create this chart because its configuration is quite complex.

Also, if you then find that you can’t create the charts you need I will provide you a refund.

yes, please note that:

• the decimal separator should be the point and not the comma
• the % symbol should not be added in the chart data-points, but used in the tooltips, labels, etc.

To resume, 21,75% should be formatted like 21.75 if added as chart data-point.

with UberChart the data of the charts should be added in the spreadsheet editor embedded in the UberChart -> Charts menu. Creating charts based on dynamic information from custom taxonomies isn’t possible.

I want to know how to trigger chart animations, since when scrolling you never SEE the animation because probably it is activated on page load since moment zero.

I confirm you that the animation is activated when the page is loaded. The reason is that currently the library used by UberChart to draw the charts doesn’t allow me to trigger the animation after the actual instantiation, for this reason the option to instantiate the charts when the charts are viewed would cause the user to initially see an empty space. (and this is not a good solution) To resume, I consider your suggestion but I don’t know when will be technically possible to add this feature.

If you want to install the plugin on multiple sites intended for multiple customers it’s required to purchase a Regular License for each customer. For example for three customers three Regular License should be purchased. Obviously you can charge each client for the license.

I would like to see the interface of your plugin in the backoffice wordpress, with your demo, this is not possible.

For this I recommend you to watch the video series available in the Video Tutorials section of the plugin demo because a live demo of the back-end is not available. If after watching this video series you have questions feel free to ask.

currently the plugin doesn’t provide a way to automatically and repeatedly import data from an external specified XML, JSON or CSV source. Since other potential customers asked me the same this feature might be possible in future versions but I can’t guarantee or give you a release date at moment.

Please note that manually the data can simply be copied and pasted from your favorite spreadsheet software to the spreadsheet embedded in the plugin.
