The Mega Intro plugin doesn’t work. I’ve installed and it doesn’t work in the sense It doesn’t allow me to configure it, it doesn’t allow me to open different parts of its own menu like “Styling”, “Video setting”, “Random Video setting” and the rest.
I’ve tried to install and uninstall it many times but it still doesn’t work.

I can’t open a ticket because I bought the plugin 4 years ago. Maybe it doesn’t work because is not updated. I have 5.6.1 WordPress version and this plugin is updated until 5.2.x like you show. I paid for it, I don’t want Support for make it works, that’s why I paid time ago, for the plugin, not for a broken plugin. When I used years ago it worked perfectly and it was the same website. So I would be grateful if you could help me. Best regards.

Le spiego meglio. Vorrei “coprire” solo una riga, fatta con vc, di una pagina che però ha più righe. Quindi l’intro non dovrebbe apparire “full page” ma solo quella riga specifica. Non so se è fattibile per questo le ho fatto questa domanda. Grazie
Se ho capito bene, lei potrebbe replicare quella porzione in una nuova pagina e può mettere come metodo (session o cookie se è in homepage) altrimenti normal ma le servirà un url differente.
Provi a vedere la nostra versione del plugin nata per visual composer https://codecanyon.net/item/visual-composer-page-intro/11078569 se può fare al caso suo.

Would like to know if you will ever add the ability to have an audio mute button for autoplay videos. This is an EXTREMELY important issue as most current browsers and mobile devices/tablets will not autoplay videos with sound. This renders your product useless. Please let me know if there is a way to add an audio mute button. If not, I can’t use this product that I purchased. It appears many users have inquired about this. Kind of an important feature to have in a video plugin. Please respond.

Pay attention clean your cache browser, cookie and sessions included, before check because this demo type works with cookie and if you see another type of demo relative variable is inside your browser.

if you want see each time intro page you need to select “Normal” as intro type. But in this case you need to move your home. So I advise you to use Cookie method setted at 1 minutes. So now each user see intro page each minutes. You can setup manually a value <= 1 minutes but I don’t advise it.

I think that explains me wrong, the idea is that the introduction the user see it only once is to say when entering for the first time, then I should not see it again …. I have set in section and it seems that there I remain … at least to the redirected to the page that establishes the end of the video and return to the home no longer shows the introduction. Confirm if this option is correct (section) on the other hand I have searched the code that you send delete on the video.php page but there are no controls = controls so the video locally still shows me the controls, as I should do for hide them completely and only play automatically … A thousand thanks
if you want show the intro page only on first visit you need to select “Session”.
PS: if you want test it make sure to clean all broswer and cookie cache.

yes, bad the ticket only show path file to modify, and the string to send old “control = Control ” to remove line not show into file video.php….
yes is correct changes. With this change you can hidden all control.
