2) You can always view PDF from ‘Form Entries’ section at admin side.

i think you should certainly do that, please check other products and you will see that we are giving it most cheap rate. its best for us that you at least look around. And btw any product on codecanyon have same rules. And above all, dont you think that for just $34 we sold entire product, given support for months. giving update for life then its way more cheaper then any other markets ??? even one hour parking in many country cost $10.

For some reason it didnt work. I went from wordpress<manage forms<clicked on the form (edit)<Settings. Right there i clicked on the “send automatic response to admin” checklist. And where it says Admin Email I added my e-mails with the comma.

most of customer are using this way. but still I would suggest please open support ticket and support staff will assist you further.

yes, when you open a ticket it would take around 24-48 hours for support staff to reach to your ticket. Its mentioned in our terms too. It usually take much less then that for license related requests but as we have time difference so, we can respond only after our office hours start.
