For now You can fix fatal error by manually removing /home/diodenle/dev.diodenledlighting.com/pub/media/revslider/plugins/revslider-whiteboard-addon/ folder till we debug the issue.
Please clarify your magento version, slider version and addon version. I will check it.

Magento version is, Community 2.1.9
Slider version seems to be 5.2.6.3 (which came with the latest theme version)
Whiteboard addon version is 1.0.6.1.
And I have removed the folder from /home/diodenle/dev.diodenledlighting.com/pub/media/revslider/plugins/revslider-whiteboard-addon/

After further discussion with Themepunch team ( author of Revolution slider for Wordpress ) they said that another plugin changes the “src” attribute of the images used inside Slider Revolution, the slider isn’t able to load the image properly. Their advice is to set lazy loading to “Smart”.

We are using 1.9.3.2 version of Magento with all the latest patches. And according to our Rev Slide update history we are using Version 5.4.5.1 StarPath (14th June 2017)
We are currently having some issues right now when we try to add one of the Premium Sliders from the online library particularly when we try to install the Add-on from Install and Configure Add on Page. We are getting the error below (see image bin screenshot). Would appreciate if you can help us fix this issue. Thanks!

Try to update to the latest version. It should fix the issue.
Best practice is to install it on staging server first to test new update. If you do not have staging server – do files / database backup before install. After that- disable cache ( System > Cache management )
- turn off css / js merge ( System > Configuration > Developer )
- disable compilation ( System > Tools > Compilation ) if you are using it
- copy files from latest package over the existing files
- log out and login again to admin
- clear browser cache

So I was able to import the Before&After slider now upon upgrade, but whenever I try to “Export to HTML” I get the error below…

1. You need to turn off css/js merge only during development / extension setup. You can enable it after.
2. This notice should raise only if you have particles addon enabled and for some reason delete addon files. Please check particles addon status,check if addon files present in /media/revslider/plugins/revslider-particles-addon/ and they have correct permissions.
3. Are you using any 3rd-party cache extensions? Try to flush them

Slider loading time depends on image load. Please check GTmetrix report – https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.thehouseofthings.com/VQ1EDykf . You need to optimize your images. Also I would advise to enable magento css / js merge mode.

Regarding js error – Problem might come from conflict with JavaScript Bundling mode and JavaScript Merge mode options.
In recent discussion with Magento team front end developers they explained that Bundle is used to optimize loading of dynamic required scripts that use require.js. And merge option is used to speed up loading of old way embedded scripts. When both Bundle and Merge modes are enabled it can lead to unstable work and decrease effect of each separate mode. In future they are going to restrict enabling of both conflicted modes same time so it is advised not to use them together.
Disabled JavaScript Bundle mode in your store developers settings and it should fix the problem.
How do I add a slide – it only gives the option to add a blank slide (who needs a blank slide) or from template. I need to add my own slide.

Not sure I get you right. Usually slider creation process means that you create empty slide and add your content to it. Blank slide slide does not mean it would stay blank. You can add your content to get the result you want. Could you clarify what do you mean by adding your own slide?

Regarding the image – yes, there is no background image. But it does not help me to detect the issue. Please check chrome developer console for javascript errors ( console can be opened by pressing F12 ). Post it here

I switched to HTML5 video as it avoids the issue. Its definitely something with the Vimeo option.
Another question. Am I able to disable the cover image for a video? It loads so fast and it is screwing up the flow by it making me select one.
1. Are you using latest version of revslider ( 5.4.6.3 ) It include some fixes for vimeo API.
2. Cover image is required for background video. What you can is use transparent png for cover image. You can find one at skin\frontend\base\default\nwdthemes\revslider\public\assets\images\transparent.png
But it still totally messes up the crossfade. The first slide will crossfade with a white background which looks bad. Can the fad between the cover image and the video be removed? Then the first slide would crossfade with the cover image and the cover image would be the same as the first frame of the video. Currently the cover image fades out and the video fades in which looks silly.
You can try to set slide animation duration to 1ms

yes followed those steps, now cant even log into admin
You can try following:
- export your sliders ( backup them )
- deregister purchase code
- delete nwdthemes_revslider_setup row from core_resource table
- reload admin page to recreate slider tables
- register code again
- import sliders

To get to admin you can temporary disable Slider Revolution module by editing /app/etc/modules/Nwdthemes_Revslider.xml and changing <active>true</active> to <active>false</active>
Or you can create table structure for missing table manually by executing following query on ‘globalgs_live’ database in your MySQL admin application:

Are you using merge for javascript / css ? Clear merged files and browser cache, after that reload admin once again.
no merge is disabled, all caches disabled, emptied the and JS combined aswell just in case
TweenMax.min.js – try to find extension that use this file and comment out it in adminhtml xml layout. Revslider also contain greensock library, but it use custom build and there might be a conflict
hmm yes i think theme contains TweenMax.min.js
is this a recent thing as previous versions (several releases ago) worked fine?
jQuery libraries maintained by Themepunch team. So I cant say for sure, but I guess It was added quite a while ago
Commented out the twean file in theme and its now loading on front end, it must have been in a release in the last few months. however when i try to edit slide in admin is just sits there loading forever

2. It looks like upgrade SQL script not executed right way first time. So database structure was not updated. You can try to disable cache and edit record with code = ‘nwdthemes_revslider_setup’ in core_resource table and revert both version and data_version values to previous version to make it installed again.

URGENT! Once I added the Add-Ons, my entire site on the Frontend stopped working and only shows a blank page. On the magento 2 backend, if I click on NWDthemes tab to select any of the Slider Revolution options it also goes blank. How do I fix this?

Hi , that hasnt made a difference. although this is the listed error I think its SQL related. We imported a slider which caused this using the import function.
When imported the table from or staging site version it fixed it, however 2 days later went back to having this error. as it would have used the same content from static I don’t think this is a deployment issue
On our staging environment it still works fine so this is very puzzling
