1. Create files wpbanners-xx_XX.po and wpbanners-xx_XX.mo (xx_XX – your WP installation language) and put them into folder /wp-content/plugins/wp-banners/languages/.

One helpful feature I would like to suggest is for the Admin is the ability to choose the order of banners that display in a banner set.

How does the plugin choose banner appearance order now? Based on the order the images were uploaded?

This should be a pretty easy feature to add when you have the time.
