It’s not a mistake! It is forbidden to register multi-accounts!
For example: you can not register more than one account from one IP!
I think that you are trying to register a second account from the same IP, for example, I use the same Internet connection!
If you created an account, then for 6 hours, you can not create a second account with this same IP!

how to force the app to open in (English) or in ( Arabic ) by default not to depend on user device language
The default language is defined in the file of string constants res / values / strings.xml
I use all the constants in English by default.
I translated the string.xml file … app is working in both language for user device default language .
my question is : i have 2 languages , i want to fore the app to open in ( language 1 ) whatever the default device language is ..

two languages are good if there is ( Language selection menu or language setting option in the app )
I think this is a personal concern of the buyer. I can not create an application for everyone in the world of languages 
I think that every buyer should adapt the application to their region and language – independently.

1) Because you made a mistake in the server part code or a typo
2) Did not correctly update: forgot to update the ability to make some files or failed to comply with the database correction
3) The time zone on the server is not set
4) Enabled strict mode on the server

There is no counter. Maybe I’ll add it, maybe 
I think the best place for free messages counter is “Upgrades” section, nearby with button for buying “Pro Mode”
I’ll add it in the next update.

ok. im confused. i installed 3.2 from scratch. Not updated and i cannot reactivate. An in the lang file from the server i see for example

There is no such function in the application.
You can change this directly in the database.
1) For example, edit the table “users” with phpMyAdmin, set the value of the “pro” field to 1 – all future users will get “pro mode” by default when registering
2) For example, execute a simple sql query for the “users” table and set the value of the “pro” field to 1, so that all users get “pro mode”

@Heisenberg1973: i think it was my mistake. i found that i hade a wrong ( in the regex on the server side class.helper.inc.php. I changed it to add special characters. Maybe, when clicking on the notification on the mobile, then you jump into the app, you are not correctly authenticated and the upgrade status couldn’t be read. i also restartet the server. now i see much more chat traffic then before.
i set the regex not to: if(!preg_match(’/{8,20}$/i’, $password)) { in class.helper.inc.php
And in the Android App: String regExpn = “[_@!§$ x%x /()=?{}#+-\\<>a-zA-Z0-9]{8,20}$”;
Seems to be working now. Didn’t get negativ feedback from the users anymore.

hm.. i cannot post the regex string.. the site is reformatting it. It is not correctly display above
damn. right now.. problem exists. i think i can redproduce it. on Device A, close the app. On device B logon with user B and write a message to User A. On device A a notification appears. (double) click on the notif on the lockscreen and jump into app. try to answer and get message that pro mode is not active. The i go into menu > upgrades and see no upgrade is active. Close the app. start again.. it working again.
the problem occurs only, when the app was completely closed and you start it over the notification
A Quickfix for me now. In MyFcmListenerService i changed

for every case GCM_NOTIFY_*
So, everytime when the user touch on the notifycation, the app will start as touching the icon. He will not land for example on “notifications” view when he gets info about new notification. But he will be able to use the app normaly and can answer to messages without problems.
Just a quick fix (for me) ntil the code is generally fixed.
very bad solution! with each notification a request will be generated to the server and this will create a huge load on the server and database! Do not use this solution – wait for the update, the solution to this situation is very simple

Hi, i got another question. I have a problem with the pro mode. When i receive a nessage, and click on the Notification to jumo direclty into the messages view in the app, when i want to answer, i get the message that i have to enable the pro mode. When i close the app, start it, go to messages, i can reply again. IÄm not sure if a have missed someting or hit a bug. thanks

After registration, a person receives 150 free messages. After sending each message, sticker or picture (using the application for iOS, Android and Web), the message counter decreases. When the counter is 0: the user can not send messages and the user receives a notification requesting to buy “Pro mode”

my app working for couple of month but suddenly
meaning all uploads of photo work but only in the chat it doesn’t work i didn’t do any change in app or server before it started to happen, I check the fire wall and any thing else on the support server i check if there was a lock on on of the tables as well , but still having the same problem do you have an advice on what is the next step?
1) There may not be enough space on your server for new files
2) Check the permissions of the directories: “public \ chat_images” and “public \ tmp”. The access rights must be 755, and also try: 777 (only for testing)
3) Download the original files to the server: “app \ v2 \ method \ msg.uploadImg.inc.php” and “sys \ class \ class.cdn.inc.php”
4) Make the correct update: maybe you did not update some files

thanks for the quick replay , the server is on go daddy , im just checking what can effect that it wont upload the img only in chat mode under app (all img uploading fine in other mode), it really important to me to solve the issue , this is why im asking if it can be related but i understand its isn’t
firebase is not relevant to your hosting and does not affect the operation of the script.
There may be two reasons:
1) The problem with your hosting – no access rights
2) You changed the code and made a mistake
