Do you guys please to allow slug editing domain.com/dwkb/article-title —> change to --> domains.com/anything-i-want/article-title

Please accept my apology for the delay in the getting back to you. At the moment the plugin does not support to edit this word on the permalink. We are checking and have a plan to update the plugin, we will discuss about this issue in the next version.

Does the pro version have the ability to modify the url for an article, without the `dwkb` in the url? For example: https://someurl.com/dwkb/step-1-pick-characteristics/ customised to https://someurl.com/categoryname/step-1-pick-characteristics/

Hello, one more question. Does it searchable with ajax in non-alphabet character(like Korean or Chinese)? Actually, I checked it works in a free version, but I would like to confirm that. because I’ve seen that is not working with ajax in a similar plugin. It was weird to me that only English can be searchable with ajax.

I have a problem like below ‘gpatkins’. When the plugin in activated suddenly all pages and posts display “(no title)” when looking at them through the backend. Please fix this.

Sadly – It would appear this is not a well tested premium plugin. The idea is great but there must not have been much – if any – testing on this plugin before it was put to market. Very Disappointed..

Hi – does the PRO version enable turning on/off the view count? Also in the free version I see the URL structure on an article changes to ‘mysite.com/dwkb/my-article’ – is there a way to keep it as ‘mysite.com/knowledgebase/my-article’?

At the moment, the pro version just supports to turning on/off total articles on a category. Also, you can not change the URL structure on an article. We are planning to make an option allow change the permalink for the plugin, we will try and release it as soon as possible.

One more question – is there a way to display child categories on the main knowledge base page? I have some parent categories each with several child categories and would like to show them all on the front page – but I can only see the parents. The breadcrumbs show child categories, just not sure how to show them on the main page.
