Does the pro version have the ability to modify the url for an article, without the `dwkb` in the url? For example: https://someurl.com/dwkb/step-1-pick-characteristics/ customised to https://someurl.com/categoryname/step-1-pick-characteristics/

At the moment, the plugin does not support to change the “dwkb” word in the permalink.

Is it possible to allow users to submit articles?

or edit them?

Yes, Please go to the https://www.designwall.com/question/ and create a private question then send me username & password of your site for further checking.

Hello,

Could you update your demo with the latest premium version? I can’t see any premium features there.

I will check and change the plugin on the demo to the pro version. Please refer the pro version here: http://demo.designwall.com/dw-helpdesk/knowledge-base/

Obviously an important feature and has been requested by many people over the past year or so.
