Hi there, i have just installed your plugin and seems to be working fine. The only issue i have is the page with the grid it appears to have made the whole site faded when i click on the page with grid? Is this an option within the plugin or a conflict with the theme?

It looks like maybe you started changing the main menu/page but then released it when it was only half done? Here’s what I mean:
If I click on Grid Fx in my WP menu, I see a list of all my predefined grids which appears to be a new page.. But I don’t see a tab for docs, generate, updates, etc which were part of the old page.. And now in the Wordpress menu, I see two submenus: Grid Fx and Add New. These all get me to the new page.
But if I click on Dashboard and hover over the Grid Fx menu choice, now I see three submenus: Grid Fx, Add New, and Grid Fx Settings. If I click on this last choice, it gets me to the old page where there is a separate tab for docs, generate, update, and settings.
So basically,there are two problems: 1. The Wordpress submenu is different if you click on Grid Fx vs. if you hover over it when you are first on something else, and 2. The new page doesn’t have any way to get to Generate, Docs, Updates, or Social Media Integration like it had before.

Well, the new look and feel of settings has been introduced in the very recent updates of Grid Fx plugin. You can create the grids from the new settings and have the same settings option while creating the new grid.
The old settings are kept as is for backward compatibility, if any user is facing issues while using the new look and feel of settings.

I’m sure that the problem I’m facing has been corrected since a long time, but I forgot to download while the plugin was stil available for my wordpress version. The problem is = if I resize the web page in browser, the thumbnails desappears. If I reduce the page and then go back to the previous page size, the thumbnails are gone and never come back. I know I’m not entitle to support anymore, but, as the plugin is not compatible with my wordpress version anymore, that would be useless to me. The only chance I have is if I can grab the latest compatible version. Thanks for the help.

I know the song, but I’m not gonna buy another license support. I cannot upgrade my wordpress version, so it is obvious that you have no solution for me as your plugin is now incompatible with my WP installation.

Hello, I have just purchased this plugin and after installation i am getting the following error:
Notice: Undefined variable: skin_content in /home/eventsby/public_html/wp-content/plugins/gridfx/templates/loop-single.php on line 440
It makes the whole screen semi opaque and the above error message shows under each grid item.

I think you should change the function used to get the excerpt in functions->shortcodes.php->gridfx_excerpt to use get_the_excerpt rather than get_the_content. The excerpt one parses out shortcodes. Obviously if it’s intentional, I apologise.
