Hi, I am from Indonesia too. I would like to ask, could we ask for customization, new feature added, where we can randomize the number of whatsapp displayed? Only 1 contact will be shown but will change periodically. For certain visitors it will show CS 1’s contact. On another portion of visitors it will show CS2’s or CS3’s contact. Right now we have a very busy sites, and while whatsapp do not allow multi user to reply chats on just one account, its been a buzz killer for us. Whatsapp rotation could be very insteresting and our problem solver. Since you are from Indonesia, could you develop one for us , at extra cost? Thank you.

I think I already have that feature. You can set the availability time (and day) for each account. For example, you can set the time slot for CS 1 from 09:00 to 13:00 and CS 2 from 13:00 to 17:00 and so on. Though it’s not random, the plugin will show accounts only during its time slot.

It basically has the same color with the profile name but with less opaque. The idea is whatever color you set for your profile name, the title will automatically use a slightly weaker one.

Ability to rearrange all personnel added.
- for now, if I want one to be on the top, I need to replace all details on the top forms with personnel A. Push personnel B below it & the rest too.
- if you could just add this, will be so much easier to rearrange it to either put one at the top or bottom.

I don’t think that’s possible. Basically, the plugin only connects your user’s account with yours. Once it’s connected, the rest is up to WhatsApp and is beyond the plugin.

I don’t think that’s possible. The account configuration will be applied on the whole site and not for each pages (or company pages).

If you’re planning to show the widget 24/7, then there won’t be any problem. But if you want to hide the widget at a certain time – maybe when it’s a nighttime – then you’ll have to adjust your caching plugin.
Most caching plugins have a scheduler for a garbage collection which deletes old cached pages and re-cache it with new ones. You need to enable this feature and set the scheduler interval to at least one hour.

To update the plugin, you should uninstall the old one first and then reinstall with the new plugin.
A simple example to use a shortcode is like the following:

The plugin doesn’t count how many times an account has been clicked. I don’t see a point in counting clicks because a click doesn’t represent communications. The widget only bridges the communication between you and your visitors by opening WhatsApp app on their phone which automatically linked to your account.

I have a problem with the plugin. When the day and time of service is true, the plugin works normally. When the service time is equal to offline, the plugin correctly disappears from the browser, smartphone and tablet, but, some effects are not loaded on the website and in the Google Chrome console the javascript/jquery error is shown below:

From 9am to 9pm São Paulo/Brazil time, the error will not appear. At this time the plugin is active. Outside of these hours, the error appears.
I’ve made some changes with the plugin. Try to reinstall with the latest code. The error should dissapear when the widget is off.
