The instructions provided in the documentation like code line no etc. Don’t match the code. We are finding it difficult to configure the app. Can you check documentation once and see instructions are exact and specific?

Hello Team, We are facing problem on mobile app installation .

We follow your first 5 steps as per your mobile app document and then after 6 step mobile app setting is not showing in dashboard. and In case of step no 4 how will get this getBaseUrl

I really need your help with the following since doing the upgrade.

Basti,

1. CSRF errors when logging in using Facebook login on WEB (CHROME)

2. When buying store only gets as far as “please wait while we transfer you”...This only happens to some people. For instance it happens on my Chrome but doesnt happen on my IE. Please note that my DEVelopment test site works on both chrome and IE on the same pc

3. even when cash on delivery is disabled it still appears on the list of stores as ‘cash on delivery availalbe’ although you cannot pay by cash

4. the export module does not work

PLEASE Basti I need your help as I am losing some customers as they cannot order off the site

It works on mobile chrome and works on chrome on MAC….but I have tried 2 pcs and it wont work on chrome but does on IE…. see https://imgur.com/a/XGRKp

try and place an order for collection from a store that does pre order… it will not let you past the point where you place the order (it wont re-direct to the confirmation page).

please note that the dev site works fully with regards to placing orders

mate the code is only one if its working in 1 browse it should work to all :)

check your server mod_rewrite and allowoverride make sure this is enabled

usually the ajax upload issue is with the server check your server firewall

Hey basti one last question.

Any chance we could add some little code somewhere to check the ULR of a website and only allow the website to function if it is a particular domain.

This is to ensure clients do not copy the files and simply use on a different domain without purchasing karenderia.

such as

but instead of having the full website name it can check to see if the url are has certain characters so that the client can’t simply do Control-F and replace the domain name everywhere.

How to upload bulk merchant CSV file

check the file merchant-sample.csv and go to admin -> merchant list -> upload csv

i believe the sandbox for vogue will depends in your Merchant ID :) use demo as merchant id

Love this program and my second client to use it, only thing I have noticed so far, when adding “AddOn” it would be cool if there was a button alongside Required? to “select all”, when I have 20 items in different sections it becomes tedious selecting every box each time.

Hi Basti Sorry about that, i don’t see about the licence and i buy another one for year. I think you can answer me now. After i updated for kmrs4.4 i can’t send any emails now. I have new merchant signup but i don’t have notification. Another things is: SMS never work for me.

check your templates in admin -> Notification template

and check email logs and sms logs from there you can see if there is any attemp to send emails or sms
