@qasmaoui, I ask the same question before, YES, it will override everything(more than five thousand files and re-apply whatever modified yourself and after the upgrade since you have no idea which code files are being modified in each new updates.
If you already made so many customizations then you should upgrade it at all and maintain that code bases by yourself from now on.

Unfortunately, only PayPal payment plugin is included in the script by default and you can purchase Stripe, 2Checkout and PayU payment plugins in addition. And at the moment, we have not planned to develop specific payment plugins for each country.

When you make any change in the code, you cannot use the new updates (cannot make properly the upgrades), and there no way to save them by upgrading your website.

For best SEO practice, this script must have it :
1. SEO friendly URI
Example -> www.abc.com/property/apartment/rent/3-BHK-Residential-House-FOR-Rent-Kanchan-Bagh+ID
2. H1 Tag Must Be Combination Of -> Town+Type+Dimension
Example – > 3 BHK Residential House 1700 sqft
3. Images Must Load on scroll down so website will be faster to load.
These are few examples but we have to resolve much more like – Title Tag, Meta Description Tag, Keywords Tag and more

- Regarding images, you can use apache header, expires and compression modules to increase strongly your website loading.
