@Havouza15 yes we have the No tax on delivery set, we just dont want the delivery charge to be part of the Product Subtotal, but added after tax is applied… at the moment the subtotal shows the product price without vat and the delivery charge, then tax is added but it is confusing our test users because the values don’t look right even though they are, and we don’t want our users to have to work out what it is…

Following on from my TAX question, we found the add Tax to Item to apply euro tax … which is great… What we want to do now is the following:

1 Product (70cl) £15.99

£15.99

Sub Total £12.99

VAT 20% £3.00

Delivery Fee £2.00

Total £17.99

Can you point me in the right direction to achieve this please.]

Just a hint if someone is interested. I use the free tawk.to chat on some other e-commerce sites. To make support to the merchants in KMRS easier I have now also installed it in the merchant admin. Now the merchants can very easy contact the platform admin if support is needed. The chat is totally free and very easy to install in KMRS

The same pizzeria sell pizza in 3 sizes. Medium, large and jumbo. For the large size the customer can choose between 5 different crusts. hand tossed thin etc. For medium and jumbo only hand tossed is available. The only solution is to have each pizza as 3 different ones and not use the size feature. Or?

Hey basti , i have problem with delivery table rate ””sometimes” it shows different Delivery charge for Customer and delivery guy ..for the same order ..fir example ..it shows 40 for the Customer while in deriver app and merchant dashboard it shows 60 ..
