Page targeting is on post type level for now. I’ll add a deeper targeting on the next version.

The plugin falls under Envato licensing system which states that the plugin can only be used on one end product. You will have to buy a license for each site. There’s nothing I can do about this.

Yes, there’s an option in the settings to change wisget position to either bottom left or bottom right.
Good idea and it looks like a great plugin, good design, I like it in general. You have some plan to abandon the plugin or updates, it is common in envato to see plugins removed or not updated .. Is it optimized for the cache? Does not affect cache performance? Gtmetrix, pagespeed, etc … I await your response for the purchase …

I have several ideas for plugins to be sold on CodeCanyon. So the plan is to stick around.
The plugin uses 2 CSS files which are referenced at the head part and a JS file at the footer. All of those files are relatively tiny so it takes a small footprint on pageload.
If you use plugins like WP Super Cache (or any others like that) to manage your cache, it will make the time availability inaccurate. The trick is to set the end of time availability earlier than it’s supposed to be. For example if you leave office at 17.00 and the garbage collection interval in your cache settings is set to 1800 seconds, then you can set the end of time availaibility to 16.30 to make sure that at 17.00 the widget is hidden.

It works on Firefox. As for Safari, I only tested it using browser compatibility testing tool, not on a real device.

I’m not sure if I understand what you meant. Did you mean to use the plugin on multiple site? That would contradict with the license.
Or did you mean to use it on non-WordPress site? I only make this plugin for WordPress site.

1. The account is unlimited. But one thing to consider is that each account adds height to the WhatsApp box. If the box is higher than the screen, there will be vertical scroll to make all the accounts viewable.
2. Do you mean like a link builder? The button is created using shortcodes. And right now there’s no link builder. The shortcode should be typed manually.

Yes it does. The plugin will list all custom post types for you to set where the whatsapp box should (or should not) be displayed.

I have some buyers that experienced this. Try the following steps:
1. Make sure that the page you are viewing is checked on the ‘Page Targeting’ settings.
2. Make sure that the ‘Time Availability’ and ‘Day Availability’ include now and today for each users. It’s best to check all the days and set the time availability to 00:00 – 23:59 for testing.
3. Try to clear the cache. Some buyers experienced this problem because of the caching system.
If the problem persists, I can try to set it up for you. But I’ll need you to make an account for me to access your admin area. You can delete the account once we’re done debugging. Use the contact page to send the credentials.

I think I know the problem, but I can’t fix it without changing your template code.
The plugin works on pages other than the front-page. It’s because the front-page uses custom template and the template doesn’t adhere to WordPress’s coding best practices. The references to CSS and JavaScript files should be done automatically via wp_head() and wp_footer() functions, but in your template, those references are hard-coded one by one manually. Therefore, the scripts for my plugin to work are not there.
I altered the template and now the plugin works fine, but this solution should be temporary. You should contact your developer and ask him/her to use wp_head() and wp_footer() functions in the template, as it should have been done.
Let me know if the problem persists.

First time displayed chat box but after some time on wards not displayed, disappointed i have deactive and activated but no use .
Have you set the Time Availability and Day Availability? If for example an account is not set for sunday, the it wont appear on the page on sunday. To make sure that the box always be displayed, you should check all the days in Day Availability and set the Time Availability to 00:00 – 23: 59.
I can set it up for you if you want, but I’m going to need some access to the admin area. You can create a temporary account and once it’s done you can delete it.

It’s showing now. I edited the Time Availability to 24/7. If you don’t see the change on the front-end, try clearing the cache first.

WhatsApp number should only contain numbers. I removed the ’+’ sign and now it’s working properly.
