Hi, I have many issues in Restaurant portal, Customer app and driver app.
few of them are:
1. Payment gateway cash on delivery, Pay on Delivery, Pay u money, Paypal (so far tested) doesn’t work at all.
2. location of splash screens in order to change (i know the default one) need for different sizes- Android & IOS and also Icons
3. Driver App: Adding teams or agents not working. Dint get Chance to test the app itself.
4. Customer App and also on Website enable to check out hence not able to check the driver’s portal, Merchant Portal after receiving the order. Kindly help at the earliest.
Note: Just a clear notes will be enough i will be able to follow up accordingly.

It still dint work! App Store rejected again giving the same explanation!
Moreover able to generate .apk file for android even after generating keys using keytool.

I studied your driver app video – do you have google maps integrated in the map for directions for the driver?
there is none am using native google maps which has no options for directions but don’t worry it will use your device google maps for directions
Driver has to put in destination or will the app tell google maps where the driver should go? (Similar to your Kalenderia driver app?)

when they click view location it will send the parameters lat and long to google maps app

Hello, i was able to compile the app successfully after changing this <gap:plugin name=”phonegap-plugin-push” source=”npm” spec=”1.10.5” >. Now the only remaining problem is that i have to pull android app to refresh so that new tasks can appear. Its not pushing the task to the display by default until i refresh. What could be the issue?
first check the push logs see if there is any sending of push from there you can see the push status if its sends or not
you can find that in admin -> push logs
or in customer panel
The push is successfully sending and the app is receiving all the notifications. But the task assigned does not appear automatically in the app until i refresh.
The phone is only vibrating and notifying that the task has been assigned although its not appearing until i refresh the app. What could i be doing wrong?
the auto refresh of the task only happens when the app is open
but when the app is not active and you receive the push you need to click on the push message so that it will trigger the auto refresh
Even when the app is open its not auto refreshing. I cant figure out where am getting it wrong. But everything else is working out correctly. Only auto refresh is not working. Can you check for me please. Its a humble request

i check the code it will only auto refresh the task if you are in home page but if you are in other page like viewing a task details it will not refresh

i have recompiled the app again from scratch but still no luck on auto refresh. kindly help me figure out. can i securely send you the api credentials you try compiling one on your own and check it. hope its not a bother
mate the auto refresh will happen in the code if you receive the push then there is got nothing to do with push it will fall into auto refresh functions on the code
it will execute the refresh task in home page of the app this functions getTodayTask(’’);

this is the process
1.driver login to app
2. driver is on the homepage
3. on customer backend create a task
4. assign to driver
5. it will send push to driver app
6. driver receive the push and auto refresh the homepage take note it will only refresh if the app is on driver home page
if you are in page settings etc it will no refresh

Now the problem begins here. The driver is receiving the push successfully and is noted of the new task. but now the problem is no auto refresh on the homepage even if am on that page. unless i pull down to refresh the task will not show up. When the task is deleted by the customer, again the homepage of the driver does not auto refresh. the task is still showing until the time i will pull down to refresh.

sorry kartero is not like that its per customer it means only customer have access to his all drivers
what i mean, is it possible for a driver to work for multiple clients in the system? So several clients can have the same driver in their own system as a driver

you can always change those value make sure you change it correctly take note of opening and closing qoutes

regard to API integration. I have another system(Ruby on Rails), which is already built for just customer only. Customer can pin the pickup & drop off location with fee calculation.
When they click submit, I want to push data to Kartero System via API.
Data {customer_name, pickup_long, pickup_lat, description, receiver, destination_lon, destination_lat, driver_id}
+ Is that possible to do that with your existing API? As I saw Tookan could do that.
+ Can my Ruby on Rails retrieve the data back to show in customer dashboard when task complete?

Also is it possible to create a universal driver app or role for drivers who can work for all clients anytime required. And also be able to mark when a driver is currently undertaking one task engaged until when the task is finished. This way a driver cant take another task until first is finished. Am interested in the script.

Brilliant idea, can one driver work for multiple clients at the same time and recieve jobs from all clients with one account. Also can you add a new filed when creating a task for adding the amount being paid for that task? Kindly let me know of the possibility

After adding a TASK on the back end, could the backend automatically send a push notifications for all the drivers to see who will accept it ? or the backend admin has to choose manually each driver for the task?
One more question: Could we have the Driver’s available for all accounts? Or they have to be created and Assigned to each customer?
