Is the session automatically created during the booked time ? - NO – Session will create both student and tutor agreed to have class, and session will create when the time of the class when tutor started.
User and teacher receive notice before end of time during room ? - These come under BBB settings in your server
They can’t continue room when time is done ? - Yes
User and teacher receive alert before beginning by email ? - NO. But BBB button available only before half an hour of the class time in their respective dashboard

You need to update your SMTP settings from Admin – Settings – SMTP settings.
You can contact your server for SMTP details, If you need assistance on this, add me on Skype @ digital.vidhya , I’ll check your server and let you know what exactly SMTP details are.

no way out , on your demo http://tutors.projectmenorah.com Email Settings default PHP is active. if i make webmail default get error “unable services” yandex setting or classic smtp setting doesnt work. i registered new tutor on your demo page i dont get any notifications from you also. ps: I dont want add you on skype or send you tickets explain here
yandex mail setting will better for me, here is configuring but how to use it? https://yandex.com/support/mail-new/mail-clients.html#pop3

How can I test BBB in you demo? What I thought would nice is the ability to automatically send a calendar booking (along with email) after the student booked a online session with a date and time with a tutor. This would be so cool. www.Zoom.us is free 45min and if the tutor has a paid account, all attendees get unlimited time – I am happy to chip in for integration but maybe there are others who would like this feature too.
