@gnfb1234 You probably won’t get a notification for this but this plugin has thousands of sales and comments with a high rating so it must be a great plugin. Only thing that bugs me is I’m curious to know the average time it takes for the plugin author to respond to questions.
I personally would like to know if the author plans on implementing new features to the plugin and how fast does he normally respond to questions? One feature that I would like to see is if a profile field can be customized? eg: you can make a field collapsible or put 3 fields in a tabbed table.
Would also like to know if the images in each profile in the directory can be converted into an image slider? Make it more exciting to look at?

We do try to response to support requests as fast as we can. Since the number of issues that we need to handle each day varies, we can’t say for sure how fast but we do try to respond all within two days.

There is no feature to make fields collapsible, however displaying fields in tabs is already possible. For example the Business Hours tab you can see on the following page contains the Business Hours field which is a custom Time type field, and you can also add as many fields you like to each tab. We have not enabled that on the demo site, however yes there is an option to select a Carousel field renderer for the photos field, which basically shows photos in an image slider.
Cool, does the plugin also offer the ability to post questions and answers for each directory profile? If people have questions or comments about a specific business, they can post it up and get a reply.
Currently no, but since we do have another plugin for questions and answers (Sabai Discuss), adding that feature to the later version shouldn’t be that hard. Sorry for so many questions. 2 more: if I have hundreds of logo images to upload for directory profiles with no logos, is there a way to bulk upload the logos and then match them to the correct listings simultaneously? Instead of doing it one listing at a time. And second, does the CSV import feature allow you to update existing listings? It should be able to overwrite existing data with new data.
Totally understandable but just wanted to make sure When ones support has run out Yo do not answer questions in the Comments section? This sort of says that just wanted to make sure “Your support for this item has expired. You may still leave a comment but please renew support if you are asking the author for help.”

Hi, I have an issue with redirects with the sabai urls for the main directory, all the directory categories and all the directory listings can either have a / at the end of the url or not to have a / at the end of the url which duplicates everything as there is 2 of every page, category, etc rather than there being an automatic redirect to either add the / at the end or to remove it. How can this be resolved as this seems very important?

I just discovered a incredible important (to me anyway) find .You can stick shortcodes in the additional info field. You need to switch it on in the fields setup area. I am now able to insert a bunch of instagrams that relate to the listing. Really cool
hmmmm only trouble is when you put the listing s in the grid mode it doesnt show the images but it does show the shortcode…...

In a field box you can request size of entry that shows a line “The input value must be longer than 1000 characters.” 1. Is it possible to have that change to a word count? Is it possible to have it change during enty to advise one has reached a required character or word count? “Like 50 words (50 minimum)”

Those are technically possible, however will require custom developed code. We will however see what we can about the word count limit, in the later version of the plugin.

You can customize the filter form from Directory -> Listings -> Fields -> Manage Filters, where you can delete those filters.
If you used another account please use that account if possible if you need further support with the plugin.

We are not able to see any content on that page. If the map is not showing, please make sure that you have configured the Google Maps API key settings from Settings -> Sabai -> GoogleMaps.

Please fix it so that Sabai Google Maps can be updated automatically. It is a real pain to have to manually update it every time, and not something the client can do on their own.

Please go to Settings -> Sabai, clear the cache, check your purchase code and press Save Settings. This should fix the issue if you haven’t been able to receive updates for certain plugins.

That will require adding an Image field to categories from Directory -> Categories -> Fields and then output that image field by adding custom code to directory listing template files.
Or does it mean you wish to use the photos as listing thumbnails? Unfortunately that is currently not possible.

Hi,
I have added two “Section Breaks” on the Field tab (Companies and People) which are also categories.
When I assign a category to a Section break ( so it is only visible for that category on the form) nothing shows up. No matter what I assign they don’t show up as Subscriber (only the administrators can see the field) I also checked, every can see the field.
If I remove a particular category for the section break it shows both sections.
So I I assign a category to a section break they NOT SHOW UP.
How comes?
