how come when i got through http it works fine but when i go through https it doesnt show up ? any reason why
The issue is not related to the player. It is a security measure by the HTTPs server in fact. Most likely your you are trying to retrieve data (streaming) from a http server to a https server. So it gets blocked as the https server cannot accept data from a server with lower security (http). Thats why it gets blocked. The same thing would happen to any html5 plugin not only this item.

So far there is no any actual way to fix it without lowering the security. There are some solutions provided but all of them makes the website insecure and force your HTTPs server to receive data from insecure sites. However, you can have pages (links) on your website all on HTTPs except the one that contains the radio in it. For example if you have a menu on your website for different pages, for the specific page that contains radio plugin, leave the address as
http://...that way your visitors will visit that page only on http and the rest on https.

Hello. The player comes in single size but you can easily change the width to any size using CSS. It might require some modifications in the style but it is totally do-able. Also you can contact us for customisation if you prefer so.

Ciao, Grazie per il tuo acquisto. Avete controllato il manuale. È necessario inserire un codice nell’intestazione della pagina web e un altro codice nel tag del corpo. Non sono a conoscenza di come funziona Xara Designer, ma dovrebbe avere qualche livello HTML che inserisci il tuo codice custome come quello per il giocatore.

for <artist> the display truncates – how do i allow more characters? digging in the CSS and finding the artist section for font sizes/styles but not the display of that area and don’t want to mess it up.

This player only supports Audio files, such as MP3, WAV and etc. It does not support iTunes (Apple Music).
Regarding the last question, as it is not based on iTunes, then it depends of the file it is linked to.
However, if you check my other items, you can find players that support iTunes tracks. And also you can contact me directly for customisation, such as the carousel style that you mentioned.

I’ve solved it by adding duration into xml metadata. Your implementation iterate all tracks on page load and makes requests for media content to get duration.
Hi, Thanks for your purchase. Normally users expect the player to stream as soon as the page is loaded and the implementation on this player is based on that.
But it seems you requested the opposite. Anyways although you solved your issue, you could change the audio `preload` value to `none`; So no track starts streaming (downloading) unless user plays it. Just some advance configurations.

I have this problem … the mp3s that I use , some of them are longer than 3 hours … your player plays half of it and it show as number (100/100) instead of time like 00:00:00 … could you help me to fix this bug ?
Hi, Thanks for your purchase. Just to clarify, it is not a bug. Since the player is designed for music, and normally music is under 60 minutes it only accepts the u[p to 60 minutes duration per track. However, what you asked for is some sort of customisation, which is normally chargeable, but I will just put the code here for you to get it working.
In the JS file of the player, around line 268, there is a function called `getReadableTime`, replace it with following code:
function getReadableTime(value) { hours = Math.floor(value / 3600); value %= 3600; minutes = Math.floor(value / 60); seconds = value % 60; return hours + ”: + minutes + + seconds }

Can I embed the code to be displayed in my android app? My app has a control panel, where in the derscript accepts html, so you can understand, I can put streaming to play.
I am not sure if it is possible to embed it in that app, however there is a high possibility that you can do it since it accepts HTML, you will also need to have supporting links that normally go on the header of the web page.

I had a look at Bravenet, it seems more drag and drop based, but if you contact their help services, they must be able to direct you how to access the mentioned sections. I am believe it is possible to do it.

The player comes as a single skin but as it is kinda blurry, it sets with any sort of theme, Also you can add images with orange tones with make it the way you like. A little more technical, you can change the CSS a little bit to make the buttons and elements orange… In that case please email me directly so I can advice you how to do it.

Thank you for purchasing this product. The player is based on HTML5 and there shouldn’t be any problem with installation in any platform. However, it might be different on specific CMS’s such as WebFlow. I am not sure what the problem is or how much of the installation you have done. Hi, thank you for your purchase. Please note that it is not a WordPress plugin. So you cannot install it like a WordPress item. However since it is based on HTML5, you can install it manually on your WordPress theme by following the manual and configuring the Function.php. Hope it helps

Hi, it is probably the case that you are not providing it the right format of the file. or your live URL is not stream-able. NaN:Nan is a HTML5 error that means it cannot stream data from the resource.

Hi. Yes it does. Even though it is not a Wordpress plugin, you can set it up manually and place it anywhere in your WordPress website. Many of my clients use it on WordPress or Joomla websites.
