when i login with the user account i cant see anything in the tabs ,,

I try to manually select a user for access but it is showing access denied .

why and how i can fix that ..

hi, look great, i have a few questions,

1. in demo there is one training plan can I create more than one,eg, month 1 month2 etc..
2. in demo all sessions were marked as complete can they be marked incomplete, for example as user clicks complete by mistake?

First of all i want to sincerely thank you for the great job you’ve done with this plug in. I’ve built something likely with an addition of multiple plug ins because it didn’t exist at the time but nothing to do with what you’ve created.

I’m writing to give a feedback on little things that would create big improvements for all your actual and future clients if updated :

1. When renaming a ‘post type’ all its content disapears. My fitness plans last 6 or 12 months with a different workout every day so you can imagine the pain in the * to start from scratch if i have to rename or change the order of a post type…

2. The calendar could really be next level if : - 1 line would equal a week (instead of 3 days); it would make it much easier to use - if the calendar would end up the 30th (one every two, 31st for the rest) then start again a little below. Belive me when a client achieves his 1st month of training (or gets nearby), that’s a true accomplishement for him, and the fact that It’s easy to see makes all the difference.

3. The record section is a great idea, too bad it’s limited ! If you havn’t created an account on bodybuilding.com i invite you to do it right away : they give users the possibility to post progress picts, they can enter their weight over time which creates graphs and a couple other great features.

4. Creating a profile section where the user is redirected after signing in that displays his basic fitness info : profile and evolution pic, his goal, his records and graphs… This would create a community dynamic into the website thanks to your plug-in which makes a huge difference : one user could check the progress of his firend and get motivation out of it or get in touch with someone that has similar perfomances or goal etc…

It will be also a extremely useful feature to add in that same section, just above the profile infos, a box displaying any news for the admin (if there’s an modification done on the website, a link to a questionaire to get feedbacks, an event coming up for the users and so on)

5. A compatibility with the page builder would be nice (tho far less important than point 1,2,3,4)

It also seems that there is a problem of synchronisation between the package names from the back office and the ones diplayed in the user’s account (or the rest of the back office) : I have created 2 packages X and Y and after changing my mind i deleted one and renames the other XY. But in a given user membership level section it still displays X and note XY (same thing in the ‘Asign the post’ of a given ‘item’ when creating one)

I would end saying that i could help you developp further more the plug in in you are interested. The ideas shared below are weak points that i really need to be fixed/updated right now but i have more suggestions and ideas that could make your app much more valuable and reach much more clients. At your service !

Hi, I just bought your plugin and the truth is that it seems great but I need to make some adaptations for Spain. One more question. Since I have installed the plugin and setup the API for the payments for Paypal, it shows the payments ( success) and package a person signed up under, in the user settings section of Fitness trainer in the dashboard. However, it does not automatically change their role from basic to the package level. I have to go in a manually change the users. Why is that and is there a way to troubleshoot why this is not happening automatically. What should I look for?

Is there a way that I can remove the payment form from the shortcode registration form ” [ep_fitness_form_wizard] ” ? I just want it to take registrations and not ask for payment is there a way to do this?

How do I change the default registered user to automatically be one of my package roles and not basic? I went into Settings>General >New User Default Role and it is set to the role I created of “Unpaid Member”, but new members are still being listed as “Basic”. Is there any way to change this? Thank you in advance for your reply!
