Just wanted to post that the apps working great including push notifications thanks for all the hard work it’s a big improvement over the last version I will be much looking forward to the twillo version

Thank you, Twilio should be in this update but they informed us to wait few weeks because they are changing the API system to a new system, soo our next update and next version will include video and calls using the last Twilio update.

i installed my windows new.
now i installed the new Xamarin with VS 2017 and the project WowonderPhone.Droid says not compatible. What can i do there?
63 Errors about EmbeddedREsource isnt being supported from the project target.

EmbeddedREsource error is from your SDKS libraries
Go and open SDK Manger and download all the API from version 15 till the last new version
Then build your Application and your error should be go

i installed all APIs now but still the same errors
Ok so i run VS 2017 as admin and the errors are gone. Then i get an error cause of multidex. I can disable it. But i think i would need it or?
and when i close all apps i also dont get the push notifications anymore why this happens? couldnt we set something to run the app always in the background with xamarin even when force close?

yes i did it. I get push notifications. But when close all apps on the Samsung S6 Edgde+ i get nothing only when opening the Messenger and minimize it like the version 1.2
wierd. It looks like it works now when the app is closed.
but 2 things:
1. First time log in to the Messanger you see no contacts and so on. Need to close and relog in then it works a bug?
2. When you close the app completly and get a push messege the app opens you see no chat with the new message only when opening the chat you will get the new message
3. you can only write one line. The window doestn get bigger for the text input to write longer texts thats really sad xD One endless line
4. You really need to add the Code to run the app as bsckgroud Service like facebook. Whatsapp and so on. When i Close all apps with the android menu button where you see all apps running we dont get push notis anymore since the app cant push them cause its closed. Then all would run perfect

it runs as background already please be sure your all configuration is same as i mentioned on the documentation.
the problem is just with you, that’s mean you are having misconfiguration problem,

Only thing is i need to deactivate Multi-Dex maybe thats the problem?
But i always get this error with Multi-Dex:

Im trying to get a developer to set this up for me and he is telling me the following:
AddressBook;’) that is not working. The compiler is complaining that this library doesn’t exist. 2 – If I remove the line from the problem above, I can compile the app, but it crashes on runtime, caused by a “Fody: Unhandled Exception”. 3 – I can’t update the packages, because ImplementPropertyChanged doesn’t exist anymore. It was replaced by something else

It’s not missing you can see the packages.zip file in your main folder.
You don’t need it only if your project or visual studio cannot connect to some websites to get this packages during your first build click.

hi i have built the apss before with no issues but now im getting this error i have added the refrence dlls
