Pre Buy Question : is it use short code to implen on page? is it compatible with Flatsome Theme can the animation triggered by mouse scroll
Thank you for answering
Hello,
1) Yes, you can use a shortcode. Look at the documentation before purchasing: http://enlivenem.com/documentation-wp/index.html
2) I don’t have a license of Flatsome theme. In general, my plugin doesn’t have any themes’ dependencies.
3) Animation starts when your SVG becomes visible in a user’s browser view-port. This can be achieved by mouse scroll, by up, down, page-up, page-down keys pressing and also by scrolling to an anchor on your page. Please remember that animation is triggered only once and can be repeated by click/tap only, if it’s allowed by an option.
Once again, I strongly recommend to get familiar with the documentation before purchasing. Thank you.
Dear DeeThemes, thank you for your clear answer, i will learn more about it before purchase it, because i really like your Enliven, this is the one i looking for.
You are welcome.
Is it possible to disable animations under a certain resolution and just load the svg (even inline) without the animations?
Lets say that under 800px disable svg animations for images that have the class svganim in their parent element.
Hello,
No, I don’t think that it’s possible, my script doesn’t depend on media queries. Maybe I will find a solution for some future update.
Is your script still working? Applying Various and then an effect that doesn’t apply any animation? Probably you need to supply an update ?
Hello,
Of course it’s working and it doesn’t need any update. Probably you need to check all parameters including a non-zero value of the “duration”.
Probably a simple question. Is it possible to rotate objects in the center? (Without fade and scaling)
Great plugin, THX
Hello,
Yes, it is. You need to use a “custom” animation. For example you want to rotate your shape 270 deg around the center of it, so your transform string should be t0,0r270
Also you can rotate your shapes around a specific point, say x=50 and y=70, in that case your transform string will be t0,0r270,50,70
Some more info regarding “custom” animations you can find in the documentation.
Ah, now I understand. THX
Hello, is your plugin compatible with popular Divi theme?
Cheers from Holland!
Hello,
My plugin doesn’t have any dependencies on any theme files and it should work with any theme which is coded with industry standards. Thanks for the interest.
Just played with your demo. Amazing! My work is mostly animation of white objects on a transparent background. Doing that seems impossible with your tool? Or am I missing something in the demo interface? Thanks!
Played with the draw-lines on your demo. There is a quick flash of the object before animation starts. Is that also happening in the full, licensed version? SVG is a white line on transparent background. I have assigned blue colour and 2px path width in the demo. Before line animates, first complete blue line flashes for a moment…
Hello,
1) In the downloaded pack after purchasing you can find the folder with an animation editor. You just need to change the “background-color” style of the one element ”#svgrootwrap” in the animator.css file with your desired color value instead of white one.
2) No, that isn’t. The full version suppresses this effect.
Hello
I need your help to make an Icon like this :
https://i.stack.imgur.com/aOn43.png https://www.cegos.fr/when you hover with mouse you get more dots with hyperlinks
I am willing to buy if I can achieve this with your plugin?
Thanks!
Hello,
No, it’s impossible. In any case, thanks for the interest.
Hi, we purchased your program about two month ago and are pretty happy with it. But somehow the svg animation we made, don’t work anymore. Even files we created two month ago and haven’t touched since than. When I create a new svg with the animator and extract the new code, the animations don’t work. Do you have any idea why that is? Before it worked fine.
Hello,
First of all you should try to re-install my plugin and clear all caches (site’s and browser’s ones).
An the second: I don’t see that you have purchased my item.
If you need a further assistant, please write me a message (not a comment) from the “Support” tab above, while being logged in as my buyer, with an URL of your page/post where I can see the issue myself.
Hi mate,
I sent you an email, please check it
OR maybe give me your email here.
Cheers!
Hello,
Answered in email.
Great plugin so far – Few issues:
Test site is – 2018.bushy.com.au
1 – Only works on click on mobile 2 – Cannot upload file normally via wordpress upload after I make the mods in the documentation, only via FTP. Is this normal
Hello,
First of all, your SVG code contains an error on line 1 at column 75. You missed a space between “viewBox” and “data-global-elvn” attribute:viewBox="0 0 400 500"data-global-elvnIt should be:
viewBox="0 0 400 500" data-global-elvnIn general, I recommend to open (via drag-n-drop for example) your SVG files in Google Chrome directly before making any animations. If a code contains any errors, Chrome will show them.
If this will not help, please also try to set “oneHalf” or “none” option’s value instead of “full” one inside the “data-global-elvn” attribute.
After making any changes, please do not forget to clear both your browser’s and the site’s caches!
Furthermore, I think the second issue with uploading is also related to the error in your SVG code. If it is not so, please try to check the “Disable SVG thumbnails” option on a plugin settings page. And as an extreme measure, you can try also to disable the “Sanitize SVG Uploading” option.
I see – thanks! Is there also anyway for animation to work based on scroll like https://codepen.io/paintbycode/pen/JDbcF
No, I don’t think so. My plugin has a different purpose.
Is there a way to repeat an animation when the svg comes again in the viewport (when scrolling up for example). If yes, can it be implemented on a per image basis or it has to be site wide? (An idea for a future update maybe as well (: )
Hello,
No, there isn’t. Animation can be started via “viewport” only once. In general, I tried to balance the nice effects of animation and their non-irritating use. Therefore, I do not think that I will implement such a feature in the future.
is making elements draggable possible/supported or will be included in future updates?
Hello,
If you talk about the animation editor, then it is created for making animations only. That tool is not for design (creating) graphic.
sorry – I was simply referring to the ability to make svg’s draggable and wondered if that was possible – I create all of my svg’s in illustrator… I understand what you mean about the animation editor but i was hoping that making an object draggable might be something as simple as a few settings and clicking the element in editor in future but forgive my ignorance as I’m a newbie ! I think this will help get me started and I’ll research and try and learn more about svg possibilities…
Oh, I see. No, there is no drag option, because it can be suitable for one effect (“custom”) only with your own transform string. Other effects don’t need such possibility. So, I don’t think that I will implement it in a future.
Hi.. I am very impressed with the whole idea. Something that is not yet clear to me: Is it possible to add interactivity to the elements of the final svg, like point to a link, or on mouseover make another element visible (like a custom tooltip)..?
Kind thanks
Hello,
It’s possible to add a link. SVG support a usual <a> tag. You can wrap with it an any element of your SVG. Please look at this excellent SVG tutorial (not mine): http://tutorials.jenkov.com/svg/a-element.htmlHowever, I don’t think that creating custom tooltip is possible without additional JavaScript, which is not included in my plugin.
Thanks for the interest.
One more question please.
Can I make the SVGs not be inline and still keep them animated? As far as I know, inline SVG isn’t cached from the browsers. Is this a limitation of the plugin?
Thanks
Hello,
Unfortunately, the answer is no. This is not a limitation of my plugin, this is a restriction of JavaScript itself. It can work with pure code only. That’s why my plugin converts any IMG tags with your animated SVGs into in-line form first and start animation only after that conversion. If you want to make some sort of optimization, please use an in-line form of your SVG initialy. Please look at my previous comment to MARKOB for the details.
Thanks for your answer. My SVG output already uses the tags you mention above. So I guess there is nothing else I can do
OK, so another question popped up. I use the plugin with the divi builder. I upload the animated svg, I enter Title and Alt Text in the WP Media Section. Then I choose the image inside an image module where I enter one more time the Title and Alt Text (that’s how DIVI works when using the image module).
Problem is, when webpage loads and I inspect the svgs, there is no title nor alt text. So my image SEO goes to trash. This seems to be a very important drawback. I don’t know if the behavior is the same when using animated images inside blog posts.
Can you please give some insight regarding that? Can you fix it? Again, thanks a lot for this awesome plugin.
Kostas
I see that there is a misunderstanding. After execution of my script your image is not an image anymore, its become a SVG. And attributes ALT and TITLE are not valid for that tag.
However, you can still add a valid tag TITLE inside any SVG file and place any SEO related text inside it. Like this:<svg version="1.1" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" ... other attributes are here...>
<title>SEO text is here</title>
... your main SVG content goes here...
</svg>
And one more thing: I’m not sure that search engine crawler always executes JavaScripts on your page. If it is so, a crawler will still see your ALT and TITLE attributes of your initial IMG tag.
Hello again. I ‘m confronting some performance issues and some images are appearing a little late or not appearing at all (startInvisible selected) in pages with a lot of images or in pages with a long lasting animations. The behavior isn’t consinsent (in appearing and disappearing). Is there anything I can do?
Thanks
Hello,
Honestly speaking, I find it difficult to figure out the cause of this. It might be a problem of an overall browser performance with your set of animations. This is indicated by what you said about the behavior, that it isn’t consistent.
Dear Dee , One question. Dont know the programmer term for this. Is it possible if one page display exmpl.: LIKE.SVG that is found 5 times at the same page ; to automaticly preloads all 5 in one time as it is the same svg ; and triggers it when its visible. Not to load 5 times each as it is the same svg and one script checking 5 times same svg instead of one time all 5 svgs ? I mean , i have made some great stuff with it. So for speed i need some minificaton of enlivenem script that i think u allready made….. So only thing i miss is the svg -preload based on usage of same svg . I can live with the way it is now, but it would be perfect if u could do this for us, it would speed my site about 2 percent. For all reading – script is fast – doesent put a big load in terms of what u get, but i am using it a little bit too often. And for all buyers Script is awesome, Plugin is Awesome , put some time in it and you wont regrat it. Its woth every cent .
Hello,
As I know, usually, when a browser open your page, it requests your SVG file only once, and takes that file from its cache for other 4 times. So, there is already some sort of optimization and I don’t think that I can do it better inside my plugin.
However, if you want a more optimization, I recommend to look at in-line form of your SVG code. I mean when a SVG code is injected into HTML (PHP) code initially.
Say, you have a wrapper DIV with an IMG tag for your SVG in it:<div class="some-wrapper">
<img class="enlivenem" src="path/to/LIKE.SVG">
</div>
And as you have said, that code is on your page for 5 times. I suggest to replace all those IMGs with SVG tags itself with all its content. Something like this:
<div class="some-wrapper">
<svg class="enlivenem" ...other svg attrubutes are here...>
...the content of the LIKE.SVG file goes here...
</svg>
</div>
And repeat that code for 5 times.
As a result you will have only one HTTP request to your server for a one HTML (PHP) page/post only, instead of 6, with all 5 same SVG in it. After loading, my script will execute them very fast.
Please keep in mind that using pure HTML (SVG) code in WordPress might be tricky, but many page builders, including Visual Composer, let to insert a pure code into your pages/posts.
Also I’d like to thank you for your testimonial, I’m really glad that you like my product and you find it useful. Good luck with your project!
When using the animator editor in the latest version, the various—> flyC, flyRotateC, flyScaleC effects don’t work inside the preview. There is no animation. I tested it in Firefox and Chrome and both browsers don’t show the animation preview. Everything else works as expected.
Can you please check it
?
Awesome plugin btw
Thanks
Hello,
It’s very strange. I have just carefully tested the latest version (1.5) of the Editor. All works fine on my side, including flyC, flyRotateC, flyScaleC effects. Please try the following:
1) Download the latest archive from CodeCanyon again.
2) Clear your browser’s cache
3) Be sure that your initial SVG file doesn’t contain any errors. For check that please open your SVG directly within Google Chrome before making of any animations. If there are any errors, the browser will show them.
4) Be sure that you didn’t forget to set “duration” value (not zero)
Hope this will help. Good luck!
Thanks a lot for your reply.
I tested with an other random svg from the internet and the effects seem to work. I ‘m pasting the svg here for you to see if something is wrong, although since everything else works as expected, I can’t really understand what seems to be the issue. Please try to put the above effects, anywhere in that svg and let me know :)—> https://jpst.it/10yh8 (SVG)
Hello,
The problem is with float numbers in “width”, “height” and “viewBox” attributes. Now they are:<svg id="SEO" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" width="80.078px" height="86px" viewBox="0 0 80.078 86">But pixels are integer. So your code should be:
<svg id="SEO" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" width="80px" height="86px" viewBox="0 0 80 86">When the values are corrected, all the effects work as expected. Please try and let me know.
That worked! Thanks a lot for your time
You are welcome!
Is this plugin only for one website? Because then it is far overpriced!....
Hello,
Thank you for the purchasing!
According to these terms: https://codecanyon.net/licenses/standard https://codecanyon.net/licenses/terms/regular https://codecanyon.net/licenses/faq#multi-aeven an Extended license doesn’t allow a multi-domain use. So, my plugin, as well as others, may not be used for multiple domains with one license copy. In short: one license – one domain.
However, all animated SVG files themselves, which animations are created in my Editor, can be be used on many domains as needed.
Oh sorry I did not read to well.. But how can I use them without the plugin?
No, I think there is a misunderstanding. There is no way to use animated SVGs standalone.
“However, all animated SVG files themselves, which animations are created in my Editor, can be be used on many domains as needed.”
What does this mean than??
This means that using the editor does not impose any restrictions on the animated SVG files. I have indicated this, because I received a similar question earlier from other buyer.
I don’t understand… But that is oke…. $39,- for one simple animation realy sucks in my opoinion. I can get the whole slider revolution for just $29,-. So my first bed review is for this.
First of all, the slider revolution and my plugin have different purpose and area of use. Also I didn’t make you to purchase my item, it was your own decision, of course.
In any case, thank you for your opinion and good luck with your project!
Best regards, Dee
Hello
It really awesome plugin, great job.
But i did not see any option about starting user’s viewport on your documentation. For example i created a animated logo but i putted on footer area but i want to visitor scroll to footer and then start to drawing animated logo. Could it possible? If its possible im going to buy as fast as.
Hello,
I don’t quite understand what you mean.
In general, if your logo is placed in a footer and a user scroll your page to footer, your logo’s animation will start when it appears in a current user’s viewport. Please keep in mind that an option “enableViewport” must be set.
But there is no option to automatic scrolling of a page’s content by my plugin.
Thanks for the interest.
I see, thank you. What about multiple CSS class? I mean when you make align image center and if i write like that img class=”enlivenem center-block” src”..”, could it work?
Yes, it could. But my script replaces your IMG tag with in-line form of your SVG file directly in your HTML page. So your custom class will be set for that new inserted SVG.
So to prevent any unexpected results, I recommend to use a special shortcode, which is supported by my plugin. For your “center-block” class it will look like:[enlivenem_wrapper class="center-block" source="http(s)://path/to/your-animated-file.svg"]As a result, the following code will be placed into your page/post:
<div class="center-block""> <img class="enlivenem" src="http(s)://path/to/your-animated-file.svg" /> </div>As you can see, the “div.center-block” will wrap your animated SVG.
Hi Dee, I have a complex diagram like your “Eco Green” demo. The special feature I needed is for the SGV to “draw” paths in response to the scroll value of the viewport. E.g. when I scroll down, the draw path begins and completes upon full-viewport. Then, if I scroll back up, the SVG reverses in oppose “draw path”.
(Edit: After posting the question, I saw your responses to other similar comments about a year ago. I would assume that there are no plans to included this feature unless stated otherwise.)
No, it’s impossible. The main purpose of this plugin is to animate any SVG illustrations in many different ways when they become visible in a user’s browser viewport. Any case, thanks for the interest.
Hello , I am using X The Theme in my Wordpress website and would like to know if the plugin is compatible with my theme ?
Hello,
I don’t have your theme and can’t test it. However, my plugin doesn’t have any dependencies and should work with any themes.
Thanks for the interest.
Hello,
No, for proper work on a site, that site must have the installed plugin itself. You create your animations for your SVGs locally from your HDD and after that you can upload them on any site(s) with installed plugin.
