I have the same problem as Saikoh above. The next button does not do anything. Instead the form submits itself as soon as all required fields are filled in.

Hi, ive installed the plugin and i can add a button for the next step in the form. However, the button does not do anything. There is no extra step in the form and the half of the form that is supposed to be behind the next step, is gone. Any suggestions?

Your plugin I purchased doesnt work with the latest version of the plugin it needs to run. What sort of help is this? I need to pay for it? Ridiculous. It’s not support I need its a working plugin.

I have the same issue as stupidchief I get this error (in Chrome): Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token S in JSON at position 0. (in Mozilla): SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data.
I get this error when I click on the next button. The next button doesn’t work. It does nothing when I click on it.
I have submitted a ticket. I don’t know if you got it because no email was sent to me.

Hi the plugin used to work ok but now I receive this error: form.formSerialize is not a function
so i force loaded ‘jquery-form’ and then got this error:
JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data.
All wordpress plugin are up to date as it wordpress. Any ideas?

Hi I know longer have support. This is a problem with your plugin not my site. It has happened because contact form 7 has been updated to Version 4.8. I tested this and Version 4.7 works
from contact form 7 changelog one very important line – “Stopped using jquery.form.js” I think you need to update your plugin

is it possible to track via google analytics every single step? I wanna see where the customer exits the form.

We don’t have google analytics feature at this time, but you can use CF7 database to know where the customer exits by look at the database, example user fills the form at fist step and leaves at step 2 (still don’t submit), it’ll save data at step 1. I’ve installed the free version (that you can find here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/cf7-multi-step/) as a tryout. After 2 steps, it doesn’t seems to work anymore. Is it normal limitation or is it me who made a mistake somewhere in my form? Also, on the first step the button “back” is visible meanwhile the page is loading. Is this bug is fixed in the commercial version? Thanks for your time.

Yes, the free version has limited the step, for back button problem, I will check to fix it in future. You can use the premium version without any problems.
