I have the same issue as stupidchief I get this error (in Chrome):
Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token S in JSON at position 0.
(in Mozilla): SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data.
I get this error when I click on the next button. The next button doesn’t work. It does nothing when I click on it.
I have submitted a ticket. I don’t know if you got it because no email was sent to me.
Please let me if you got the ticket and if there is a solution.

But.. when I updated Contact Form 7 to the newest version Contact Form 7 Multi-Step stopped working.
What do I need to do?
It won’t let me as my support has expired. Why would it just stop working after a update of Contact Form 7 ??

Your plugin I purchased doesnt work with the latest version of the plugin it needs to run. What sort of help is this? I need to pay for it? Ridiculous. It’s not support I need its a working plugin.

Hi, ive installed the plugin and i can add a button for the next step in the form. However, the button does not do anything. There is no extra step in the form and the half of the form that is supposed to be behind the next step, is gone.
I have the same problem as Saikoh above. The next button does not do anything. Instead the form submits itself as soon as all required fields are filled in.

I already use the latest version of your Plugin which was last updated months ago according to your log. This bug is new and came with the newest CF7 release v4.8 and Im not the only one with the problem.
