Is it possible for the pop up modal to feature the team member photo on the left and the bio on the right instead? Or does it have to be photo on top, bio under?

You are using the wrong file for installation. The plugin file is within the main file you downloaded from CodeCanyon.
Once you un-zip the main file, you should see two folders, one PDF file, and a zipped file called layers-heroes-assemble.zip. Use that zipped file for installation.

It seems that there are a few css conflicts with your theme. Please add the following css to your site to fix it:

As for the font size, you can use the following css to adjust it:
Title css:

I have a pre-purchase question. Are you able to add additional fields? It appears you only have one phone number field, and I would like to be able to have both a cell phone number and office phone number field.

Hi i’ve recently purchased this plugin and it´s great. I´d like to know if will be or is there a way to include/exclude teams when there´s a parent team ? When you have to many members can activate pagination? Other basic customizations like add text styling, background,, or custom fields will empower this plugin. I mean is great!! understandig is a lot of work, coding and time. Just hoping next update going to be awsome.

- One member can be in many team – So, you can create a different team for those you would like to include/exclude.
2. When you have to many members can activate pagination?
- Pagination are not available for the current version. There are other users requesting for this as well = so I put this in for future development.

- You can do this via css. If you’ve difficulties identifying which css to modify, just let me know (you’ll need to show me your site though).
4. Custom fields
- Good idea – but I can’t promise you anything right now – since this would require a lot of customization.

Ok – I understood what you meant. Unfortunately, there is no way to do this in the current version. I’ll add this into the future development

Great plugin. I have a pre-purchase question. Demo 3 is almost exactly what my client wants. But they want it to be 3 columns (vs 4) with zero padding, full width. Are there adjustable settings that would make a 3 column, full-width layout possible?

Yes – it can be adjust to 3 columns. As for full-width layout, your theme must support full-width layout as well.

Yes. it’s intentional. The modal popup should place on top of everything, including the navigation.

- Yes. When you don’t insert anything into those settings, it will hide automatically.

- This plugin comes with shortcode generator. So, you should able to insert it into wp visual editor.
