Hi, I woudl like to disable the side widget on the main knowlegebase page please, when I do this the content remains in the same place, to one side and I am just left with a blank white section where the side widget would have been…what file and what chaneg do I need to do you make the content fill the page please?

nope thats all I needed. On the roadmap maybe? Your plug in is nice but we need multiple contributors and do not want all of them in the back end of wordpress.

Is there a way to organise the category order please as it appears to organise them via alphabetical order and I would prefer for it to order via date please so I can adjust and have them in a specific order?

Hi. How do I arrange the sort order for categories? For example, if I add a new article to a category (or 2-3 categories) it always appears at the bottom, but sometimes I want the article to appear at the top or somewhere in the middle.

Yes, we can do this for you, we can provide you with the settings in backend where you can select option to sort according to Name, Date, Post Id and Category.

Can you display the knowledge base page via shortcode? I want to be able to control the header style of the page, etc.

Yes, it’s possible, for a better guidance you can create a ticket at webkul.uvdesk.com and mention your requirement. Also, as the plugin uses the default theme footer and header, hence header and footer of knowledge base pages will be the same as of the theme.

We have also provided certain settings in the backend, using which you can customize your Knowledgebase Plugin according to the theme.

The Plugin comes with its own Custom Template which can be customised as per needs in accordance with the theme! For more Check out the demo.
