Hi basti, in Dashboard merchant when I accept (or any other operation) does not change the status automatically but you have to refresh the page. Before the update it worked instead. How to solve it?

it might missing files or missing new tables send me your admin login and ftp access so i can check

It would be nice to be able to upload videos to the merchant menu page. Could do a video walk through of restaurant or show marketing videos or even video inside of gallery for food item.
you can already do that in merchant information use iframe or use shared html code for youtube

Hi Basti, Can you please add a booking or table reservation function to KMRS to allow customers to book or make table reservation, that will include time, date, party size etc. It can even be as an add-on so it can be purchased separately. Regards.

in the merchant information has only one language to maintain, but the customer can chooseany language to display on the page.

In Merchant master data, you can only maintain merchant name and address in one language
but when you display in the main page, the customer has choices to select the language

the very function of language was to translate all the text and food name but not the address as i was not aware there is translation for address
krms is multi language system therefore any customer screen should be also multi language.

I’m having trouble sending emails again. Although you configure all e-mail messages, e-mail is not sent, such as when you register a new consumer. The email log is indicating there is an error.
What is this error? How to solve this?????

Template tags are not working. I am using for example “Hi [customername] your order is not [orderno]” and the email to the customer is coming out the same way “Hi [customername] your order is not [orderno]” instead of replacing the tags with the information.
How to solve this?

After update i can’t disable payment option to merchants. I have already disabled pay on delivery and offline credit card for some of them but it showing on mobile app, how to solve it?
ps: even if i enable pay on delivery on admin panel, and try to disable on merchant panel, it still showing on mobile app.
I know my support expired, but i’ll renew it. I really need this solution.

what is your merchant type? if your merchant type is commission+invoice there is a problem yet since version 4.0 this is new features mobile app needs update as well the translation
It’s just comission. Is there a problem in this case too?
if your merchant is commission there should not be any problems check your payment gateway in admin panel
if your merchant is membership check your payment gateway in merchant panel
It is comission and I have disabled all payment options except cash on delivery, but on mobile app cash on delivery, pay on delivery and offline credit card is available

I disabled offline credit card on admin > payment gateway settings but it still showing in some merchants ’-’
Should “Invoice” on left menu be available to merchant that is comission?
